A true sample of excellent hospitality.

Pros: Upon arrival i was warmly welcomed. Miss Nawal at the checking was so professional and kind. Always on the ball. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge variety of fresh options .

Pros: The hotel is located in the very center of the city, just a 15–20 minute walk from the Colosseum. It is very clean and well-maintained, with extremely kind reception staff available 24/7. The breakfast is very varied, and the rooms have very comfortable beds, so a good rest is guaranteed.

Pros: My warmest recommendations for this accommodation. It is located in the very heart of Rome. All the major landmarks can be visited on foot. The Colosseum is just 20 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The bed is extremely comfortable, so a good rest is guaranteed. The reception staff are very kind and available for you 24/7.

AMAZING, we loved the staff and hotel!

Pros: Hotel was perfect and great value for what we needed. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be and gave us an upgrade as part of it being a special birthday.

Cons: Breakfast is simple, you get what you pay for so no complaints but would have loved to see a bit more quality.

Perfect

Pros: This is the second time we are staying at this hotel. Everything is perfect. The room, the breakfast and the staff. From the cleaners to the breakfast staff and most importantly the reception staff. We would especially like to thank the lady at the reception who helped us with a difficult situation we faced upon arrival and guided us through this tough situation. We recommend this hotel 100% and we will be back again!

A long trem stay to see Rome.

Pros: Staff are exceptional 👏 they arecso welcome, polite, and informative. Nothing is out of their way. Advice on local facilities like shops, cafes and restaurants. Advice on public transport, sites to visit and how to get there. Location is great. Metro into the city and to the airport. Easy access to publicly transport. Walking distance to near historical sites. Examples like the Colosseum, Pantheon 3d history of Rome. Easy to fly into Rome Ciampino airport. Bus 520 get off at bus terminal Subagusta. Take metro to Re Di Roma. 9 stops. €1.60 ticket. So, there is 1 ticket for the bus. 1 ticket for the metro. Should be a ticket machine at the airport. The question is. Would you stay again? YES. Great hitel. Simple great breakfast. Lovely rooms. Staff are so good. Local cafes, bars are also food and good quality. Staff very good English speaking.

Cons: This is the 1st review I have nothing to dislike. The lift is very slow. Wow is that all to dislike? Hotel is brilliant.

Pros: All the stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very near to metro station and it took us around 15-20 minutes to get to the center. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, so we really enjoyed it. The breakfast was delicious and we had a lot to choose from (there was coffee machine, different pastries and fruits, omelet and etc.).

Cons: We were surprised that we had to leave our key every time that we left the room. Also, late at night and early in the morning it was pretty noisy as we could hear other guests from the hallway. Another thing that surprised us was that there were no proper blankets (only sheets and additional plaid in the closet), however it was possible to regulate the temperature in the room, so we weren’t cold.
