Pros: The stay was amazing. The room was big and spacious, and the balcony was very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the price was great and absolutely worth it. It’s just two stops from Termini, in what I consider a very central area. The room is located at the end of the apartment, so you have plenty of privacy. The host is lovely, attentive, and always happy to help. Same as picture. Supermarket is close by and metro is close also.

Nice accomodation with great hosts

Pros: Lovely accommodation located near the university, just two metro stops from Termini Station. The metro stop is very close to the apartment, making it easy to reach the rest of the city. The hosts were very kind and attentive, and they also gave great tips on where to go out. Drinking water and ice were available without limit, and the kitchen was well equipped with a coffee machine, a fridge, a small oven, etc. In the mornings, there was the option to grab some pastries and fruits before heading out. Absolutely recommended — thank you so much!

Pros: Almost perfect experience. The owner is very kind and always willing to help me. The room is modern with many facilities, but it's designed in a classic way. The whole apartment is like a piece of art. It's an accommodation experience that completely exceeded my expectations.

Pros: I was at a conference at Sapienza. The accommodation was in walking distance from the university and also easy to reach by subway from Termini station. It was very welcoming, spacious, and clean. The AC was working very well, which was a big plus in August. There was also unlimited drinking water and ice available, which was great in this heat.

Modern and clean, ideal for a short term stay in Rome

Pros: The property was super modern and clean! They waited for us, greeted nicely. We did a tour around the property, explained us everything we needed to know. The kitchen was well equipped, we especially enjoyed the coffee machine and the ice maker from the fridge. Every morning there were toast and croissants waiting for us, along with milk. The landlords were super cute, and open minded. Definitely recommend you this nice cute little place.

Cons: The bathroom and the kitchen were shared, which was not a problem for us.

Increíble

Pros: La comidad de la habitación, muy espaciosa. La atención de Pele fue increíble. Además estaba la opción de usar la cafetera para el desayuno y algunos snacks. El lugar se encuentra a menos de 50m de la parada de Metro por lo que es es muy fácil y rápido moverse por Roma. Super recomendable.

Cons: Nada

Pros: Idéalement placé à Rome à proximité du Métro. Logement propre et très bien équipé. Les hôtes sont particulièrement accueillants. Nous y reviendrons.
