clean and tidy

Pros: neat and clean. Quite a good location, sights are far to walk to them and you need a taxi, bus, or...

Cons: we didn't understand the offer very well, you live in an apartment with the owner of the apartment, she has her own room and a separate room is yours and you share the toilet and kitchen with her, we have a pleasant experience because we spent most of our time touring the city, but whenever we were in the apartment we had a toilet and a kitchen at our disposal.

Pros: Very clean apartment, espacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive with any question or request. The location is not bad. There are buses right next to the house and metro is less than 10 min walk

Pros: We had a really nice stay with a really nice host. :) She welcomed us upon our arrival, showed us around the flat, offered help and advice concerning Rome and then disappeared in her bedroom. This place is cleaner than your own house! You basically can't tell you're sharing it with someone. There were towels at our disposal, also soap and shampoo in the shower. There was a little snack and water in the bedroom for us, too. And when we got all our clothes sweaty, she kindly let us use her washing mashine and provided us with detergent. The location is nice, not touristy at all, you meet local people. There's a little supermarket just around the block. It's 600 m from the metro stop Bologna. Thanks again for your hospitality, ciao! :)

Pros: I definitely recommend this place if you are searching for great value for money in Rome. The place was nice and super clean, the host was helpful and gave us enough privacy during our stay. The neighbourhood is very local and full of students, with plenty of local food and drink choices and easy access to the city center.

Pros: All was good. Everything was very clean and Fiorella is amazing! she is very helpful.

Perfect stay!!!

Pros: The room was super nice and clean! The kitchen and bathroom also super clean and ideal to make a quick dinner and have a nice breakfast in the morning before visiting Rome. It is about 1h walking from the center (we didn't use public transport, that way we knew a little bit more about the city). Fiorella was very attentive from the beginning and willing to help, also she welcomed us with some little snack and water in the room, and let us some privacy during our stay. I would totally recommend it! Price-quality and localization is 10/10.

Cons: The bed is hard like a rock, but you get use to it :)

Pros: Servizi citati erano tutti presenti, dal fornello alla lavatrice. Camera ampia e pulita dotata di condizionatore. La proprietaria è stata accogliente e molto disponibile lasciando la giusta privacy.

Cons: La notte si può sentire un po' di rumore a causa della tapparella che non si può abbassare del tutto

Pros: La taille de la chambre, la luminosité, la gentillesse de l’hôte

Pros: Très bon séjour, chambre très propre et petites attentions de la part de Fiorella. Localisation idéale, quartier très sympathique. Je recommande.
