Pros: The apartment is so nice and in a great location really close to the train station Roma Termini.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Good location close to transport and great to have air conditioning in both bedrooms. Good security. Great to have a kitchen with microwave.

Cons: Some noise from the street below - but it is central Rome!

The host was very friendly and responsive and kept in touch throughout stay.

Pros: Clean and comfortable beds, great location as very close to main station Roma Termini where there are lots of shops. Also easy to catch the airport bus to the station. Well sized rooms and sufficient for 6 adults.

Cons: The noise outside wasn’t well insulated but I got used to it by the second night. Shower cubicle could be a bit bigger.

Pros: Clean and big rooms, very comfortable beds. The location was good for us with easy access to bus, metro stations to the main attractions. I really liked attention to details - cleaning products in the kitchen and very nice shampoo, two hairdryers. The host was excellent - checking in and very attentive. Coffee for the coffee machine to make it fresh every morning. All in all a great stay!

Cons: Slipers would be a nice touch as in winter it is cold to walk around the appartement bearfoot. The kitchen table and chairs could be a little bigger, softer and more welcoming. The lighting in the kitchen was also a little dim and hard for eyes. Sorry I am concentrating on the kitchen with these details but as a family our gathering place to have breakfast and dinner is always the kitchen. Everything else is great.

Wonderful location, beautiful space, a bit pricey and noisy, but great stay overall.

Pros: Location is fantastic. We picked it for our last night in Rome, so being near Roma Termini was important, and it met that requirement. We easily walked to food establishments the night of arrival and Villa Borghese the day of our departure. It's a very nice, well appointed space. The detailed manual was nice. The host was also flexible with us to leave bags later on departure day so we could explore more. I also appreciated the notes about being considerate of the other tenants of the property.

Cons: The check-in process was a bit intense. It also fronts a busy street, so it's quite loud at night.

Very good family apartment, well located, clean and excellent service

Pros: It is spacious, comfortable and practical for our family of two adults and three young children. We liked the fact to have real comfortable beds available for everyone. We loved spending our evenings on the little terrace, after the kids went to bed, with our appetizers ordered from the restaurant just below the apartment. There are several little emergency shops and restaurants around, for all budgets, that are open until late, which is extremely practical. There is no real need to cook. Several buses connect the street to the very center. The property is well located. The street is safe. We loved staying there. We got an excellent service from the rental agency. I just think it is a bit expensive for what it is. We stayed in a bigger and more luxurious and better located apartment in Venice for a much cheaper price. And we had also got a concierge service along with it.

Cons: Nothing! It’s been really nice to stay there. We felt at home.

Pros: Lokalizacja bardzo korzystana - blisko dworzec termini (transfer na lotnisko, metro); stare miasto i Watykan w zasięgu spaceru.

Cons: Lekki remont potrzebny podłóg (kuchnia, korytarz)

Pros: Super mieszkanie. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre. Lokalizacja ekstra.

Cons: Hałas za oknem.
