Beautiful and convenient. Would highly recommend.

Pros: This apartment is very well situated for the train station and surrounding attractions, yet quiet. It has a lift to the upper floors and it is fully modernised yet retains an exceptional amount of character. The pièce de résistance is its view over the cloisters below which are beautiful both day and night. Communication was very good and our early arrival was accommodated perfectly. Great range of restaurants nearby including the wonderful Indian just outside and the caffe for breakfast directly opposite.

Great location Livia was a great host .

Pros: We had few issues with the apartment when we arrived . However , Livia was quick to respond and resolve our concerns . Once we figured out how to turn the A/C completely off due to the noise from the condenser unit that’s mounted outside the main bedroom window sill we could sleep uninterrupted . The apartment is very good for two traveling friends and the building is not far from the main train station . This as stated, near the station and one should be aware of one’s surroundings at night .

Cons: A few things the owner needs to put right ie.. light fixture in hallway , general up keep in a few areas . But on the whole a great place to rest your head . Again Livia was amazing !!!!

Pros: Gorgeous views and such handy location. We went into central able to check in early which was a lifesaver after a 12 hour flight

Pros: Excellent location just a few hundred yards from Termini, and so very easy to get around the city. The reception manager, Livia was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Elisabetta should know that Livia is a real asset. The air conditioning worked well, which was a real blessing in a 38 degree heatwave, so we were all able to relax after sightseeing.

Cons: The only quibble I might have is that the air conditioning unit outside the main bedroom is quite noisy. Although I slept through it, it might disturb others who are light sleepers.

Pros: First of all, Livia was very friendly. And, this accommodation was clear and sweet. Lastly, the location of this accommodation is nearby historical places. Our family was satisfied with this home and Livia. I recommend.

Fantastic location, service and view from the bedrooms, quiet. Minor maintenance needed on hot water

Pros: The lady who received us and answered all our questions, Livia, was amazing.

Cons: The hot water system needs proper fixing from the landlord. One day it failed to restart despite following the instructions (they are aware of the issue)

Pros: Everything. Livia is very kind, every moment at your service. The apartment was excellent, very comfortable, for 6 people 3 toilet,.Especially the view.Amazing. Every recommendation.

Cons: Apsolutly nothing.

Pros: The view was great and the apartament itself was nice.

Cons: The quality of the Internet. It wasn’t working well, we couldn’t work remotely needed to change to a cafe.

Pros: La struttura è bellissima, pulita, accogliente e la Signora Livia offre una cortese ospitalità totale.

Pros: Location is great. Train station 3 blocks away. The unit is very clean airy and roomy. Our host was friendly and nice with information. There is a lift for luggage which is nice.
