Montezebio Boutique Rooms

Pros: The room was clean. Personel was okay, asked If we wanted clean towels. Location is great, no outside noise, very quiet neighbourhood. Close to the Lepanto metro station (around 10min by foot). Grocery stores and restaurants located nearby. TV and AC working. Self check-in and check-out which is convenient.

Cons: The only thing is the noise at night caused by other residents, most of them come back around 2 am and every noise they make can be heard through the wall.

Pros: Very calm, quiet and peaceful area. The guys managed our stay very well with no disturbance.

Cons: Cushions needs to be upgraded with more comfortable fabric.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Hotel Room Review Our stay at this hotel was generally comfortable, with both positive aspects and a few inconveniences. The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring modern and minimalistic furniture, which added to the overall comfort and aesthetic. The bed was comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The hotel provided plenty of amenities, including coffee, tea, and small packaged cakes, which were a nice touch. Soap, shampoo, and toilet paper were also available. Service was good, with staff being helpful and professional. The location is about a 30-minute walk from the town center, in a clean and safe area with plenty of coffee shops nearby. Overall, it was a decent stay. The modern and minimalistic design of the room was a plus, but if you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a quieter room away from the entrance.

Cons: Noise was an issue. In the late morning, the nearby sports ground created a lot of disturbance, making it difficult to sleep in. Additionally, staying in the room closest to the entrance was not ideal, as the door shutting was loud, especially at night when other guests were coming and going. The towels were not changed during our five-day stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Pros: Great place. Great location, always walked. Metro 10 minutes away. Friendly staff, cleaning, clean and cozy. Everything you need. Good luck to the owners and all the best! Grazie mille.

Weekend a Roma

Cons: Niente tutto ok

Pros: Appartamento molto carino, ottima posizione anche per i mezzi

Romantico e confortevole.

Pros: Buona la posizione per le nostre esigenze, confortevole la doccia, il condizionatore in pochi minuti ha scaldato tutto, caffè molto buono, indicazioni del proprietario molto precise. Parcheggio comodo. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons: Da migliorare la colazione, magari un po' più assortita. Il rubinetto del lavandino troppo lungo non rende facile lavarsi senza far cadere l'acqua a terra. Magari qualche gancio per gli asciugamani.

Pros: Camera semplice, ma spaziosa, pulita ed ottima Posizione per andare a visitare Roma ed a vedere la partita

Cons: Niente

Pros: Posizione per lo stadio olimpico, alloggio,pulizia, rapporto qualità prezzo, tornerei sicuramente

Cons: Cuscini del letto, molto bassi e vuoti, parere personale
