Pros: My stay at the villa was superb!! I stayed for a whole week and it was definitely value for money from comfy bed to amazing breakfast everything was great. The staff very helpful and polite and Eva is the soul of the premises!

Beautiful villa in a residential neighborhood with lovely luxury touches and a delicious breakfast.

Pros: Loved that this was in a residential area with numerous neighborhood restaurants serving good food to regular customers. It was an easy walk to some locations, such as the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, via Condotti and via del Corso. The Villa was very beautiful and surrounded by a small green area with plenty of shade. The breakfast was served in a lovely space and food was fresh and delicious - the bread was still warm.

Cons: The bed was very comfortable, but very low to the ground, which we are not accustomed too. It was sometimes difficult to get up from the mattress! The area was a little distant from some interesting parts of Rome, such as the centro storico.

An unusual and delightful place to stay.

Pros: This is a lovely part of Rome with a local community feel, plenty of places to eat and drink and within reasonable walking distance of the centre. The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and fitted with interesting design features. Wonderful breakfast!

Beautifully decorated property - unique and special.

Pros: A unique property that is beautifully decorated and curated with personal photographs, china, and furniture - the bar and breakfast room are especially stylish. It is in a good residential location but near enough to local restaurants and a short taxi to the sights. The staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast was exceptional, and the bar was great for a nightcap.

Cons: We were upgraded to a deluxe room with a private shaded terrace - the bathroom had Aesop toiletries and a great shower, but it was tiny. A small quibble.

Exquisite centrally located Roman boutique stay

Pros: Incredible opulent manor house with exquisite details and beautiful outdoor areas. Wonderful!

Cons: The reception staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble but breakfast and cleaning staff were not. We were treated badly at breakfast and were rushed - staff ironing table cloths on tables hurriedly is not a relaxing way to spend a breakfast!
