Pros: Great location, clean, the staff is very kind and responsive, over all easy to enter at any time

Cons: The water in the shower are hot for about 4 minutes and then gets cold, then you have to wait 30 minutes unfortunately, they'll fix it soon as they have said, I hope they will because everything else is great. The price , but it's still fair for Rome *baby crib - suitable for small infants no more then 1y

Nice property not far from the main areas

Pros: Very clean and modern. Good location outside of the main tourist areas.

Cons: The acoustics are not very good. We could hear all noises from the corridor.

Pros: A little further from the city center, but still walkable and is in a quiet area. Room is huge and very clean. Check-in was very easy!

Pros: The rooms are new and spotless clean. Location is about 12min walk from the metro station. Great communication with staff!

Cons: I do not recommend the place for light sleepers. I’m not even one and usually can sleep in all circumstances but this place had an usual level of noise due to poor soundproofing (door and windows) and other noises (noisy water pipes or aircon that make a sound all night, fridge in the room that goes on from time to time, and in my case someone decided to mow the lawn at 7am just in front of my window).

Pros: Located in a quite area of Rome Newly furnished and comfortable Room is spacious

Pros: A beautiful, clean appartament with plenty of natural light. The air conditioner was fantastic as it was around 40°C outside. There were lots of hygiene products and towels made available, along with free water in the fridge and a tea and coffee station. It's very close to the main sights, all walkable. We chose this guesthouse as it was within walking distance from the stadium, where we were for a concert. It's about a 40-minute stroll, 30 if you are walking at a normal pace. There are several eateries nearby, and the nearest metro is Flaminia, which is also about 10 minutes away. The instructions to enter the property and the room were very clear and easy to follow.

Cons: We had a slight problem finding the location and drove past it twice! The gate of the property was dark, as was the printed sign hanging from the gate with the name of the guesthouse. We eventually found it by searching on foot after contacting the property. Maybe a larger, clearer sign would be helpful 🙂

Pros: Very comfortable and clean place! The location is very central!

Cons: Would like if there was an area for relaxing outside.

Wonderful guest house in prime location

Pros: Beautiful modern and quiet guest house. Great location, nice walking distance from piazza del popolo. Giovanni was fantastic, answering immediately to any message sent. The room was impecable, comfy bed with nice pillows. High ceilings and large windows looking at the interior patio. The room had a nice renovated bathroom with a glass shower and strong water pressure.

Pros: La stanza era molto spaziosa, con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. I materassi erano comodissimi. Il bagno molto bello, spazioso e così anche la doccia.

Pros: Propre et confortable, propriétaire très disponible. Lieu calme (et autres clients aussi) et métro accessible en 10 min.
