Pros: I had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Rome. The instructions on how to find the apartment and collect the keys were very clear, and there was even a helpful video, which made everything very easy. The host was always available and quick to respond. The location is very convenient — about a 20-minute walk to the Vatican. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including tea and coffee. It was very clean, warm, and quiet, which made it especially pleasant after long days of sightseeing. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cons: I found the mattress to be a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect for a 1-2 stay as a solo traveller

Pros: Great value for the money spend. The room was perfect for a solo traveller. Nice bed, comfy chair and enough space for everything. The bathroom was nice as well.

Cons: The only downside of the room is how small the shower is. Everything else was great.

Great value for money in Rome, just a short walk from Vatican City.

Pros: Great value for money in Rome, just a short walk from Vatican City. The neighborhood feels safe, and it's well-connected to the city center. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our family was very pleased with both the facilities and the location.

Cons: The only downsides were that the toilet and sink didn't feel very fresh, and the wooden window frames weren't well insulated. However, these were minor issues, and overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Convenient stay over

Pros: If you take the bus from the airport that stops at the Vatican you can walk from that stop. The location is definitely the best thing. They send you clear instructions on how to find and enter the place, so it was easy. There is an A/C at the room, worked well but had to put it on heat rather that no humidity on November.

Cons: The room where I stayed was very humid as it is on the north side of the ground floor, but I only stayed one night so it wasn't too bad. The bed is foldable, they should definitely change it. The breakfast is only a selection of cereals and coffee or tea, so don't expect too much.
