Cons: The shower is open and the floor is slippery afterward. There is no mosquito net on the window.

Super value comfort/luxurious stay

Pros: Beautiful room, elegant, well kitted out, amazing bathroom, excellent bed, lovely communal facilities, generous check-in/check-out times. Appreciated being able to leave our luggage there during the day. Given current prices in Rome, it represented really excellent value compared to what else is on offer. Highly communicative host.

Pros: The property is in a nice area yet close to attractions, nearest metro is about 5 minutes walk, the host jiulia was very attentive by sending us messages all the time, it was very clean, comfortable and convenient, overall a pleasant stay, would definitely recommend it.

Pros: The apartment was quite modern. It was spacious. Good bathroom. Clean place. Fridge inside. Comfy bed. Overall I would stay there again. Also the location was quite fine. It was close to Vaticano. To the main atractions it was about 1-2km. Quite walkable. The owner who was very responsible. She gave me advices of where to go with food and groceries. When asked about transportation she did not wanted to organize it by herself but told us about all the options including a private transportation. Definitely that is an advantage to have contact with someone who is eager to help with such small things which are very usefull. Honestly the next time there is the matter of availability and the price.

Cons: We had an issue twice with boiler for the hot water. The owner reacted quite soon, she gave me instructions of how to deal with it. She was eager to come but it was unnecessary. Also could be a disadvantage that it was not an individual apartment just a room with private bathroom therefore you can hear other guests walking in the corridor. For us it was not an issue. Bigger issue was lack of plates in the kitchen but also was fine for us since we ate mostly outside.

It was best place I have ever stayed on city break.

Pros: Check-in instructions, personnel assistance and its availability absolutely stunning! Room was very spacious, clean and cosy. Well equipped apartment with large bathroom and all necessities. Very nice interior, with well equipped, shared kitchen. Very quiet area when you can have a good rest after long days of sightseeing.

Soggiorno fantastico nel centro della città.

Pros: Alloggio confortevole situato in un'ottima posizione. La stanza è arredata con cura nei minimi dettagli e ti permette di sentirti a casa. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre pronto nella comunicazione con il cliente. Torneremo sicuramente nei nostri prossimi soggiorni romani!
