Had a lovely stay

Pros: The staff were phenomenal and the location is perfect. The room is relatively basic but clean and had a lovely little balcony.

Cons: The room was a little basic but still good for the money.

Quiet, refined, relaxed stay in central Rome

Pros: Very quiet inside while in a central location. Excellent bed, linen and fit out. Francesco was a very thoughtful, kind host who communicated effectively with us. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent communication, location, cleanliness.

Pros: Great location for the sites we wanted to visit as they were within walking distance or the metro and 64 bus were conveniently near. We enjoyed the balcony space in the morning and evening. The pre-arrival communication was excellent. Appreciated the daily house cleaning too. We went to recommended restaurant at top of Hotel Eden for amazing views for sunset dinner.

Fantastic stay in Rome

Pros: The location was perfect, 15 minute walk from the train station which was easy enough to navigate, they also sent detailed instruction on how to get there from the station. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre by the Trevi Fountain so we walked past it everyday at all different times, an early start to beat the crowds was very doable! The staff were so attentive and friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was absolutely spotless and so comfortable. The little details like water in the fridge and products for the shower did not go unnoticed and we had daily turn down service. The balcony was a lovely way to see sunrise and sunset and we slept very well. Great air con after a hot day exploring the city. We would definitely stay again!

Pros: Great location, our accommodation was modern and very comfortable. Very secure. The concierge was very nice on arrival. Francesco who ran the guesthouse was lovely, very helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property. We hope to return to Rome again in a couple of years to see what we didn’t get to see this visit, and we will be booking this property again.
