Pros: I liked the location of hotel which is really close to subway station, also can access to the tourist sites within 15mins. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Gina she helped me to tackle down the issues. I would like to recommend the hotel :)

You can stay here every time you go to Rome. It's one of the best in Rome.

Pros: The reception was very sweet; they do everything they can for their guests. Unfortunately, many places don't offer such kindness. The hotel entrance was magnificent. It felt good to enter through the magnificent, large wooden door and enter a very nostalgic apartment building. There's nothing I can fault or dislike. By the way, there was a sauna in our room :)

Pros: Very nice apartament, my husband enjoyed the red light on the ceiling ;) AC was very efficient despite scortch outside. Staff super helpful and friendly. Perfect location.

Everything was great.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The hotel is close to Piazza Barberini, and from the window we could see a little of the gardens of Palazzo Barberini. The room was large, nicely decorated, impeccably cleaned every day. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely come back when we visit Rome again.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and immediately felt at home. The entire hotel is modern, stylish, and decorated with great attention to detail. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The central location is simply perfect – many sights, restaurants, and shops are within easy walking distance. We were especially impressed by how well everything was organized. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. A big thank you to the whole team for the great hospitality! We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Cons: Primi 2 giorni non si capiva come funziona TV. Abbiamo dovuto starci un paio di ore per sincronizzarlo perché la sera il personale non ci sono li. Il lavabo non passavo l’acqua.

Posizione perfetta e staff disponibile, ma con alcuni aspetti da migliorare

Pros: La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Roma a piedi: centrale e comodissima per visitare i principali punti di interesse. Anche il palazzo in cui si trova la struttura è di livello e contribuisce a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Il letto comodo. Lo staff si è dimostrato gentile e sempre disponibile ad aiutarci, anche da remoto.

Cons: Il self check-in non è andato particolarmente bene: al nostro arrivo mancavano le chiavi della stanza a noi assegnata. Tuttavia, lo staff ci ha prontamente fornito una stanza alternativa, soluzione che abbiamo apprezzato. Durante il soggiorno la connessione internet non era funzionante. Il bagno necessiterebbe di alcuni interventi di manutenzione: la presa d’aria è semplicemente un buco nel soffitto, una luce non funzionava e mancava un pannello del vetro nella doccia.

Une belle chambre pour se reposer après la journée de visite

Pros: La taille de la chambre qui est très grande . Nous avions une chambre qui donnais sur une petite rue sans issue tranquille. Et son emplacement dans la ville, proche métro mais aussi des sites touristique

Cons: Au début il y avait le bruit du métro, mais cela ne gêne pas quand on passe la journée à marcher. Attention il y a plusieurs petits travaux à faire dans la chambre ( exemple une planche au dessus de la porte et des patères cassées) La douche était propre au premier abord, mais pleine de calcaire dans les coins.
