Other than the maintenance issues I mentioned above, we hade a pleasant stay

Pros: Excellent location. The room was very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons: The room needs maintenance. Door handles need fixing , handles in the shower are falling off, plugs coming out of the wall.

Pros: Cleanliness. Facilities. Location. Easy contact over the phone with the owners who were ready to help at any time if needed. Clear instructions on how to use the key system.

Cons: The air-conditioning kept switching off at certain intervals. It was getting stuffy at night.

Pros: Great space. Not far from metro. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Check-in codes for building/apartment/room worked a treat. And an elevator!!

Cons: Would have preferred the glass on shower/bathroom/toilet area to be frosted for more privacy.

Great location and comfortable

Pros: The location was close to most of the city's main attractions, allowing us to walk everywhere easily. The common area was a pleasant surprise, with coffee and tea available.

Cons: Did not like the system to open the doors, as it requires having a mobile phone and internet to open it.

Totally recommend if you want to stay somewhere comfy and centrally located

Pros: This guest house was perfect for a short stay in Rome as a family of 3. It was modern with everything that is needed for a weekend away. The common area was spacious and comfortable. The location was great with main monuments reachable by foot, close to shops, restaurants and local markets.

Cons: You cant cook in kitchen this is already mentioned in the description you can only warm pre-made food, have breakfast and drink coffee.

Pros: Great location nice big bedroom very mordern really clean and warm . Nice extra space to share the kitchen and relaxing area with everything you need after a busy day site seen. Washing machine . Cleaned room every day and left water. All good .

Cons: Bit tricky getting in as had to use app on phone to access. One day phone went dead so we panicked. Also there is washing machine but couldnt find a drying rack. There is a hob but no pans or pots to use it so a bit disappointing as couldnt make breakfast 😕

Pros: I loved how surprisingly spacious the apartment was. The instructions provided to enter the building and room were clear and very much appreciated. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Cons: Only very minor: We could not find any blankets. Even though there was a washing machine, there was no laundry detergent.
