Perfect stay in Rome

Pros: The location is perfect. 15 minutes away from Roma Termini, and also close to Fontana di Trevi. The staff was helpful and kind. We loved the breakfast and the room was very clean. The whole atmosphere and good energy was the best. I would come back and I recommend 100%

Cozy room

Pros: Very nice host and good facilities, near the metro and near the touristic places . The check in was very easy and quickly and they let us to check in earlier . Definitely recommend ❤️

A great choice as a base to explore this historic city

Pros: Well located close to rail terminus and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. Our room was relatively small but well appointed and surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of restaurants a bars in the near vicinity offering good food at reasonable prices. The host Laura was very helpful in directing us as to how to reach the property from the airport (train) and to the accommodation in real time. Our Italian is poor, her English is far better but anything she was unsure of she put her son on the phone to us (whose English is excellent) to clarify things. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection for pre order the previous evening and delivered to the room at the chosen time. The staff were excellent and serviced the room daily. A great choice as a base to explore this historic city.

Great location and welcoming staff with some issues in the end!

Pros: The staff was super sweet, the location is brilliant. They also made special arrangements for my birthday - decorations and some snacks in my room! I would recommend this for a solo/couples trip <3

Cons: Since its for couples the shower is just in the room, but during my 2nd day it starting spilling (maybe a drain issue) and there was water in the room. They did come by to fix it in sometime but I had to wait as there was nobody at reception. On the last day, my flight was quite delayed so I sat in the lounge to charge my phone and leave a bit later (FYI they do not keep your luggage.) I had only been in the lounge for less than an hour and the staff kept asking me when I am planning to leave and told me the address of the luggage storage, again? Felt like they wanted me to leave but I am unsure, maybe it was a language issue?

Great stay

Pros: The location is fantastic. Everything is in easy walking distance plus the metro only a 5 min walk. Staff is super helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Lovely touch was breakfast brought to your room. We had a couple of rainy days, and thoughtfully, umbrellas were left out for your use. The staff realised it was my birthday and when we returned to the room a happy birthday banner had been hung over the bed and a small bottle of prosecco and cakes had been left for me . Was so lovely.we would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend staying here.

Cons: It was not a big problem, but the sink was at the opposite side of the room to the toilet.
