The location is great — right next to the metro station, within walking distance of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, a
Pros: Very convenient location, friendly staff, and a small kitchen with tasty snacks for breakfast.
Cons: The room is cool; I think it might be cold in winter since there is no radiator. ❄️

Nice place to stay in Rome
Pros: Great location, helpful staff, the kitchen where you have coffee and snacks 24/24 for free
Cons: The only reason why I don’t give 10/10 to this place is because there were renovation works of the facade and at that time they were working right at my windows, so it was very noisy from 7:30 every morning and that was very annoying, that could have been taken into account and that room shouldn’t have been rent those days… otherwise nice spacious room

Pros: Between the central railway station Termini and Colosseum. Helpful staff. (Basic) breakfast included in the price, coffee available all the day. Codes to all the doors.
Cons: Not easy to move in a small room (no 3). A tiny bathroom

Pleasant and good for your buck
Pros: - Location: the Colosseum is practically around the corner, the Trevi fountain and Termini station also within walking distance. Cavour metro station literally right outside the door. Some very nice restaurants around the corner where you can have dinner and roll home after. - Air conditioning works perfectly, is not loud and even has a dimmer for the display numbers so the light doesn’t keep you awake. - It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, staff is friendly… I’ll be coming back here next time.
Cons: - The walls are indeed a little thin, but the hotel provides earplugs. I didn’t need them though as the other guests luckily didn’t play loud music during bedtime.

Pros: Loved the location. Right in the middle of Monti on a cool street and literally could not be any closer to the metro Cavour stop. Good air con. Black out shutter windows.
Cons: Rooms extremely small. Bathroom I think you'd honestly really struggle as a bigger guy. A couple would also struggle. Shower pressure and hot water amount was terrible Doors to building and your room were not keys they were codes. Not sure how often these are changed but it's given to you on an old card so I don't think that often. Made me feel a little unsafe as a solo female traveler that random people had access to my room at any time.

Overall, it's good value for money in the winter, clean and close to the center. During the summer is much expensier
Pros: Property is clean, close to the city center, Forum, Coloseum and other atraction. Staff is nice, helpful, and room is cleaned everyday. Room is big, bed is comfortable. In front of rooms is shared kitchen with coffee machine, tea, and some sweets. There are two locations of this accomodation, we were on the Piazza della Subura.
Cons: Room was big, but did not have many usable space: tables, chairs, any hanger, and sound isolation is very bad. Despite the big room, bathroom was super small, so we keep our cosmetic in the room. In the tub there is no place for soap or bath.
