Amazing location. Just 4 minutes from the colosseum

Pros: I stayed here for 5 days with a friend and overall we had a really nice experience. The place was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated how clearly everything was explained in the terms of service from towel usage to house rules which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a well organized and comfortable stay!😊

Cons: The only small downside was that the WiFi didn’t always work consistently haha 😂 but it wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Pros: You can't beat this location. It's within walking distance to Coloseum and Roman Forums, subway station is literally at door stop, grocery store is next door. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Graciela, the owner, was in touch with us as soon as we landed and was available to answer all our questions. We had an amazing stay.

Pros: We had a great stay! The maid welcomed us with the A/C already on, so the room was cool and comfortable when we arrived. Everything was very clean, spacious, and we always had hot water. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was quiet, and the location is excellent — just about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum and the Forum. Being so close to the city centre and other attractions, we hardly ever needed to use public transport. Highly recommended!

Very clean and quiet, Friendly and cheerful host, close to colosseum and vibrant Monti street life.

Pros: Delightfully friendly host. and considering how necessarily expensive Rome is this was good value for money, in a very central location.

Pros: You couldn’t be in a better location! Besides the Vatican, which is a short train away, my 60 year old dad and I walked to every big attraction in Rome. You’re 1 minute away from quality restaurants and a proper Italian shop is next door. The colosseum is around the corner. The room was lovely and clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay. We had a minor leak from the AC which was sorted and because we were staying a week they arranged for the cleaner to come midway too. We were pleasantly surprised we had cutlery, plates, and glasses, and the TV had Netflix! A really powerful shower too. We were delighted with our stay and always enjoyed returning to our room.

Cons: Nothing I really didn’t like, we had a couple minor issues but we text the staff and they sorted it ASAP.

Pros: The location is super close to the Colisée. The owner is super friendly. We received a nice welcome.

Cons: The smell in the entrance. Too strong for us.

Perfectly located and spacious

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect. Graciela was super responsive from the start, providing clear instructions on how to get there from the airport. She also took the time to ensure everything was working and showed me key points of interests. The room was sizeable and well equipped with cutlery, bottle and wine openers, fridge and microwave. There was a sofa bed at bottom and lift on top. Could easily fit 2 - 3 people. I'd be happy to stay there again when I'm in Rome!

Cons: One of the mugs was dirty upon check in. The hot water system may have run out of hot water by the time I finished washing my hair for one of my showers - I do take ages on hair wash day though, so it could just be that the tank had run out of water. Maybe next time I'll ask Graciela for recommendation on where to get my hair washed instead 😉

Pleasant

Pros: Excellent location, close to the Forum/ Colosseum and other sites, metro across the road, right near Monti bars and restaurants.

Cons: Perhaps a rug on the cold floor
