Pros: Room is right at Tiburtina, my train was delayed and I missed last connection to L'Aquila so I urgently needed to stay overnight. Landlord was very responsive even if I made the booking very late at night (23:00) and organised easy self checking . Thank you very much 😊

Pros: Staff Filippo was so kind and very helpful. And the room was very clean and comfortable. Location is amazing especially if you need to go to airport by train or anywhere else by train or flixbus. It was a good value for the money. Thanks a lot.

Absolutely great

Pros: The self in check service was absolutely great as my friend and I arrived late at night. The room has everything you need and clean as well.

Small but comfortable

Pros: Location to station to catch fast train in the morning excellent. Property is small but were we told from the beginning so there were no surprises. Owner was very helpful when we had a situation with our bags and the airline. Bed was comfortable

Cons: Shower could do with some attention

Pros: We were really satisfied with our stay here. We had the small room which was perfect for us. There was a small section with fridge, microwave, kettle, cups etc, everything you could possibly want. Bathroom clean and water hot Good air con. Very close to the railway station 2 minute walk which was what we wanted Would definitely stay here again, plenty of eateries, and we sleptt very peacefully Iin our comfy bed.

Cons: Nothing, we were very happy

Convenient, value for money

Pros: Very clear communication from proprietor: stressed that we had booked a small room (which we knew) and showed pictures before we arrived. Also reassuringly clear details for key pickup, with photos. Location is excellent, literally 20m from one of the Metro exits at Staz. Roma Tiburtina, on the ground floor of a secured apartment block. Room itself was very small, very little natural light, but a comfortable bed, a functional a/c and en-suite shower room, microwave and well-functioning fridge with a sink in the room, together with a few basic items of kitchen equipment - no three course dinners here, but if you need to heat up any purchased food just the job. Would certainly stay here again for a night or two.

Cons: Look it's not the Ritz, and it's specified as a small room. and I'd have liked more windows, but vfm good for Rome in July

Exceptional experience

Pros: Our stay near Tiburtina Metro Station was incredibly convenient, making trips to Central Rome quick and effortless. The station’s role as a hub for long-distance trains was an added bonus, providing easy access to other destinations. Leo, the host, was exceptionally kind and respectful, ensuring all our needs were met during our stay. The room was well-equipped, including an electric hot plate that allowed us to prepare small meals. One of the highlights was the stunning terrace—an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the surroundings. If I return to Rome, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Cons: It can be a little tricky to locate the place. Make sure to read the instructions document Leo sends before the arrival at the property.

Absolutely amazing.

Pros: Absolutely amazing. The room was cleaned daily and it was tidy. The shower towels and face towels were also changed daily. Well located. There is a train station right across the street and a metro right next to building’s entrance. The jam of the room is the outdoor area with a cute table and chairs to enjoy the sunlight. All the instructions to self check in and checkout are well explained and sent to me with pictures to help.

Cons: People from other rooms tend to be very noisy specially when having sex. I believe that it would be great if the signs were improved by specially saying what can be overheard from the other rooms. But I reaffirm, the room is amazing.
