Pros: The rooms are fantastic. The house is warm, and the bed is comfortable. Our landlord was incredibly warm, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful and unforgettable trip to Rome.

Pros: The room was much bigger than I expected, which was a lovely surprise. The location was great too, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and the metro station practically on the doorstep. A few extra steps and you’re already in the Vatican area, which was incredibly convenient.

Cons: As with many small hotels in Italy, the lift was very narrow, and the key to the building door was a bit fiddly to use. Still, the unexpectedly spacious room more than made up for it.

Pros: It's taken me a while to write this—long overdue! But this place is absolutely worth the wait and totally worth recommending. The room was lovely – clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated, plus it even had a charming little garden terrace! The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the metro, with lots of tasty restaurants right downstairs and the area felt safe at night. The host was incredibly warm and thoughtful, giving us all the details and sharing his favorite local spots. We tried a few of his restaurant recommendations, and each one felt truly authentic. And that coffee place he suggested? Absolutely mind-blowing! I'd happily recommend this place to any of my friends visiting Rome!

Great stay!

Pros: The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Spacy room with a modern design. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was huge. The location is amazing, there are several nice restaurants and coffee shops around, the subway station Ottaviano is just 2 min walking distance and St. Peter's Square at just 5 min.

Very comfortable and convenient for the places we wanted to visit.

Pros: The hotel is very near to Ottaviano metro station, to the Vatican museums entrance and not far from St Peter's Basilica. There is a lift though with luggage it may take more than one trip. There is a shared kitchen area and a balcony area overlooking a central courtyard.

Exceptional location. Great value

Pros: The location was excellent. Federico was extremely helpful. Very convenient to have drinking water and coffee available, as well as basic kitchen facilities. The cleaning clerk provided assistance when necessary.
