It was a great stay and very comfortable. Ortensia was a great host.

Pros: The property was well set out for a family of 5. Each room had its own bathroom/ensuite.

Cons: A little far away from the main attractions because it was too hot to walk. In cooler weather you could easily walk.

Pros: An excellent place to stay in Rome for a couple of night. It’s a walking distance to all the sights and the city center. There’re a lot of nice bars and restaurants around. Although, it was a busy area in the night, the window was soundproof. The cleaning lady kept the room every day. The room itself was recently renovated and equipped with TV. The host was friendly and understanding.

Amazing!

Pros: There was a bathroom and TV in each room. Super comfortable set up. Lots of coffee pods! Water bottles for everyone. Very safe and secure location. We loved it.

Cons: Nothing :) the host was great and if we ever needed anything she was all over it! Thank you!

Pros: Appartement bien situé, proche transports, d'une propreté irréprochable, nous étions 4 (un couple avec nos mamans) 3 chambres avec leur propre douche et toilettes + un 4e toilette, franchement, allez-y les yeux fermés!!! Nous avons tout aimé. Proche rue donc un peu de bruit mais très léger.

Fantastisch!!

Pros: Das Apartment ist einfach großartig – großzügig geschnitten, perfekt ausgestattet und bis ins kleinste Detail makellos sauber. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche kleine Restaurants mit fantastischer italienischer Küche, charmante Cafés und einen durchgehend herzlichen Service – selbst spät am Abend. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Ortensia, die Kontaktperson zur Wohnung: Sie ist einfach unschlagbar! Egal ob später Check-in, Reisetipps oder sonstige Wünsche – sie macht alles möglich und nimmt sich immer Zeit. Von mir bekommt sie 12 von 10 Punkten! Sobald wir wieder nach Rom kommen, wird das ganz sicher unsere erste Adresse für eine Übernachtung sein. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles in allem : ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Rom. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen. Für eine Familie von 5/

Pros: Die Lage ist gut (viele Bus Haltestelle, kleine Geschäfte und nette Restaurants/Bäckerei in der Nähe). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und perfekt ausgestattet. Uns hat es besonders gefallen, dass es so viele Badezimmer gibt. Last but not least : die Verwalterin Ortensia ist super hilfreich und meldet sich sofort zurück.

Cons: Die Strasse ist relativ laut mit Verkehr (man kann nicht so gut mit offenen Fenster schlafen). Wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage aber der Vermieter hat sich schnell drum gekümmert.

Optimale Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt mit einer Gruppe von bis zu 7 Personen

Pros: Perfekte Unterkunft in ausgezeichneter Lage. Vom Bahnhof Termini einfach zu Fuß (15min) oder mit dem Bus (5min) zu erreichen. Gute Umgebung. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Alles perfekt!

Unas buenas vacaciones en Roma

Pros: La casa está muy bien, amplia, limpia, bien iluminada. Por ponerle una pega el ruido de la calle y eso que tiene dobles ventanas. Muy cerca hay paradas de autobús que te comunican con todo Roma.

Cons: Nada, la secadora no es de las mejores.
