Perfect. Will stay again.

Pros: Great property. Perfect! One of the best rental apartments I have stayed in..

Cons: No laundry detergent. Understand it was summer, but heater did not work; important when we needed to dry our clothes in a short time to continue with our journey.

Pros: Everything was perfect, central location that is close to everything. Has a very reliable transportation around, pharmacies, shops, cafes and restaurants. It's very quiet and away from all of the tourists. Villa Borghese is 10 mins away, a must to visit.

Lovely apartment with all essentials and close to all tourist attractions

Pros: Absolutely stunning refurbished property, with good sized bedrooms and a lovely terrace to enjoy. Provided lots of towels and amenities, was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived, has a classic but modern feel. The AC was needed in the 36• heat, the ease of having a washing machine, with a lovely kitchen that has all your essentials and even a coffee machine. The host was very helpful and helped us around with the property, and was very quick to respond to any queries. The apartment has an old style elevator which adheres to the Rome theme, and was within a 4 minute walk away from the buses which within 15 mins can take you to the Trevi fountain (even during the rush hour/ busy tourist time that we was travelling in).

Piso muy amplio, ideal para visitar roma sin el estrés del centro

Pros: Piso muy perfecto para 4 personas, cocina muy amplia, comedor muy cómodo y una terraza agradable (es un quinto piso, pero con ascensor). La zona es muy tranquila. Hay cafeterías y restaurantes cerca no tan turísticos a precios razonables y muy buenos. Giorgia nos dio todas las facilidades para el check in, y están atentos a lo que podáis necesitar. En resumen, muy recomendable.

Cons: El piso está un pelín lejos del centro, pero la zona es muy agradable.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit nur kleinen Einschränkungen.

Pros: Wunderschönes Apartment mit reichlich Platz und einer großen Terrasse. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, insbesondere die Kissen. Es war insgesamt trotz Großstadt ruhig.

Cons: Es war ein wenig schwierig, nur über Handy Kontakt in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Auch TV und Elektroherd funktionierten nicht. Meine Freundin benötigt für längere Distanzen einen Rollstuhl. Leider war der Fahrstuhl etwas zu eng, so dass der Rollstuhl zusammengeklappt werden musste. Aber das ist ein Problem, dass auch anderswo immer wieder relevant ist und schmälert den schönen Aufenthalt nur gering.

Beste Entscheidung, diese Unterkunft zu nehmen

Pros: Diese Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich. Die Realität entspricht 100% den online Fotos und übertrifft diese sogar. Die Lage ist ruhig, zentral und sehr gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Matratzen hochwertig, wir schliefen jede Nacht ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber und ordentlich; kein Staub irgendwo zu sehen. Die Lage der Terrasse ist ruhig und man nimmt Verkehrsgeräusche kaum wahr. Die Wohnung war für uns ein absolutes Highlight während unserer Reise, denn wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, ist es eine Wohltat, in diese Ruheoase zurückzukehren. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Betreiberin war unkompliziert und freundlich, sie antwortete auf Nachrichten sofort und frage mehrmals ob alles in Ordnung war. Check-in/check-out unkompliziert und Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe mit hohen Ansprüchen, und insgesamt war alles wirklich perfekt an dieser Unterkunft. Ich würde beim nächsten Rom-Besuch sofort wieder hier herkommen.

Beautiful

Pros: Absolutely beautiful and modern apartment. Air conditioner worked very good. Very clean. Located near nice restaurants and cafes. Appreciated they let us check in early. We will stay there again next time in Rome.

Cons: Had washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and we couldn’t find anywhere to get some.
