Comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation right next to the Vatican
Pros: Wonderful and very convenient location right next to the Vatican. Excellent value for money and impeccably clean! Isabel the host is really kind and supportive, she responds very quickly to messages and will accommodate every need that you might have. It is good to know that this guesthouse does not offer breakfast, but within 50 m there are at least 3 pastry/coffee shops.

Beautiful place with noise at night
Pros: The location was really good! the host was super nice and she sent us very useful information that for sure you need during your stay. She gave us her contact just in case we need something, she was a really good host. We are very picky about cleaning, and this place was extremely clean and modern, just as the pictures show. The room has a small fridge which is super important for us. The building was also very pretty, it has an elevator and good size stairs. Is very close to restaurants, stores, metro and the Vatican. It is really lovely. If it wasn't for the noise at night, we'll definitely stay here again.
Cons: If you are a heavy sleeper, skip this section and stay here! if you are not: The only bad thing during our stay was a lot of noise during the night. We are not sure what is going on there, or if it happens just in the room where we stay, but we heard like if someone was working with metallic tools and moving furniture and heavy stuff from 11pm to 6am. We talked about this to the host, and she mention that she didn't know anything about this, but maybe could be rude neighborhoods upstairs; we think is more than that...it is like people working somewhere downstairs, upstairs, who knows. Later, we checked comments and people have wrote about this before, so it looks like is not the first time this happens.

Pros: Stayed here for 2 nigjts. Clean and comfortable with an electric kettle for tea or coffee making. Socket beside the bed. Nice host came and met me outside.

Clean, good location,
Pros: The area is great! Very quiet, clean, and safe. The windows face the courtyard, so you can't hear street noise. Yes there won’t be a city view, but you will sleep good. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Nothing leaks, all facilities in a good condition. The shower was good, with hot water 24/7. The coffee capsules were replaced, and they cleaned every day. Mini fridge, teapot- everything you need! The room is small, but large rooms are rare in Rome. It’s perfect for solo travelers and couples. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the Vatican is 5 minutes away. We walked everywhere. Also Isabel gave to us very useful recommendations. Stuff and Isabel were very friendly. This was our first time in Rome, and I'd read a lot of terrible reviews about accommodations in Italy, but here everything was perfect. Really loved our staying!

Pros: Everything was perfect! Isabela is a very friendly host, she was very responsive, gave many advices, helped with the taxi issues, wrote what was worth to see in Rome, etc. I felt safe, confortable and happy having a quite small but very clean, new and nice room. Location was perfect for me as it is so close to Vatican. Metro and bus stops to city center are also right there very close, some small shops, cafeterias and bars/restaurants are just around the corner. I love walking so I reached everything going on foot. I really recommend this cosy place!

Beautiful
Pros: The room is nice and clean just like in the pictures and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, witch we really liked. Also it was very quiet at night. We had tea and coffee machine in the room. Bathroom is new and clean. The staff and host Isabel were very nice, kind and helpful. It was perfect.

Lovely apartment just next to Vatican City
Pros: Perfect location - 5 mins from Vatican museums. Lovely staff - very easy to contact, very responsive and helpful. Isabel sent me advice on how to get there from the airport the fastest and info on events happening in Rome during my stay. Apartment was super clean, all the furniture looks new. Possible to leave luggage after check out and access it any time.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

I highly recommend it, but of course you have to try it to see for your self.
Pros: Isabell provided excellence of service. Best in Italy so far. Everything is the same as the pictures, no unwanted surprises. Love it!!
