Great location, very pleasant, good value for money.

Pros: Very kind owner, the location is just perfect and the garden view very pleasant. We slept very well.

Cons: The breakfast on Sunday was across the street, but tasted good. Great Italian coffee, juice and a croissant.

Pros: The room was clean, the breakfast was adequate, so that our first steps were not immediately spent looking for food. The location is excellent, close to metro station and as well as to bus station. Vatican Museum, Saint Peter's Basilica are within walking distance. Very nice owner with valuable recommendations to eat and/or drink something.

Great value location for Roma.

Pros: Lovely room, in a great spot. Plenty of places to eat and a shopping area nearby. Close to a lot of sites and within walking distance of the metro.

Cons: The only complaint is the faux leather bed looked a bit tired.

Great location

Pros: We had 4 nights stay and we had an amazing time. The location is fantastic. It’s just a walking distance to the Vatican Museum and St Peter’s Square. It has a lot of restaurants and shopping stores nearby and just a 3 minutes walk to the train station. The room is clean and comfortable. The place is well secured and quiet. Though we were only able to avail 1 breakfast as we always leave early but it was quite a lot. Francesco is a good host- he organised someone to pick us up at the airport which we appreciate especially after almost a day of travel, he welcomed us and gave us proper instructions, he also gave us a breakfast voucher knowing that we are leaving early on our last day. I will highly recommend this place. Good for couple and even family.

Very pleasant ina fabulous location.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast a typical and lovely Italian style.

Cons: We experienced noise from one inconsiderate guest who rang the bell at 2am and then clattered around for quite some time. Other than that, we had an undisturbed stay.

Pros: The room was very nice, located in Vatican. The host was very nice and kind. He made sure we arrived well and explained everything to us. Everything was tidy and clean. We really liked this place and definitely recommend😊

Fantastic bnb near Vatican City

Pros: Room was very secure and clean. Comfortable bed, A/C, TV and new private bathroom. Little balcony was a bonus. Building is very secure with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 5 mins walk from Sistine Chapel entry.

Cons: To store our luggage it had to be left in a common area and not locked away anywhere. There are lots of luggage storage places nearby, so we paid a little extra to store our luggage.
