We had a lovely stay
Pros: Very easy to find , it’s an apartment block with residential residence inside the actual hotel actually only has five rooms within an apartment
Cons: Only thing I didn’t like was lack of sugar for tea, coffee facilities

Nice place with a friendly owner
Pros: Location is very good . Lot of cafes nearby . Free breakfast was provided at a near by cafe which had very good pastries and coffee. Very friendly owner.
Cons: It was difficult to close the bathroom door .

Pros: Wonderful hotel! Everything was very clean. I was warmly welcomed by the host, Luca — such a kind and helpful person, always available if I needed anything. It was especially nice to see the little treats at the entrance — a lovely touch! I really appreciated that. The atmosphere felt just like home — very cozy and comfortable. I felt very well taken care of during my stay 😊

Pros: We were in superior room for 2 nights with nice view to via Candia Really clean and proper Big room with tv, internet, réfrigérateur, table and chairs, and new proper bathroom Hosts are really kind to coordinate arrival and departure Good location : 10min walk to st peters square Good breakfast in a typical italien bar Quiet place and nice antique classy building

Pros: location- 5-10 min walk to vatican/st. Peters, close to metro station, many restos, 2 markets nearby, we walked to piazza navona in 20 min. Metro easy to use, safe area. luca very nice, responds promptly, ac worked well, noisy but we got used to it. Room was spacious, fridge in room, coffee/tea/microwave/cutlery and plates available. Lift was tiny, could fit 3 ppl max, we used stairs a lot. Bfst vouchers included in a nearby Cafe, hot bvg/juice and delicious pastry of choice- perfect Italian bfst.
Cons: safe was complicated to use, Shower sometimes ran out of hot water. You are given only one set of towels to use for entirety of stay which for us was 5 days

Pros: We were given vouchers for a cafeteria near the hotel. You were given between 3 options for breakfast (one coffee, one croissant, one juice) for each person and the whole menu was so delicious! The portions exceeded my expectations!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Pros: Lucas is very attentive and careful! The property is good and private. The breakfast next door that we have vouchers for is AMAZING
Cons: The showe was a bit difficult and doesn't have much pressure!
