A perfect stay in a great location with excellent service that we would happily choose again.

Pros: The apartment is located in an amazing area near the Vatican, with most of the main attractions reachable within about a 30-minute walk. Just a few steps from the building, there is also a bus stop and a metro station, which is extremely convenient. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning in the shared dining area and was absolutely delicious. The owner and all the staff were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. We were 100% satisfied, have absolutely nothing to complain about, and I would happily choose this accommodation again in the future. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

Pros: It’s comfortable, clean and well located. It’s not a typical B&B, the breakfast is a self service moment but still good

Cons: They have some issues, although they always do their best to fix it. For example one night the air conditioner didn’t work, apparently was something about the control. Other day the milk for the breakfast wasn’t good. And things like that

It's great

Pros: This is my best hotel. It is very close to the Vatican, the subway is also very close, and the transportation is convenient. There are all kinds of food and convenience stores downstairs. The landlord is very friendly. He cleans the room every day, which is clean and tidy. The breakfast in the hotel is very rich, and the coffee machine can be used. It's really great. I will stay here again when I return to Rome.

Comfortable space for travellers

Pros: Comfortable space with access to the kitchen where you can always sit down and have something to eat or drink. Located close to the metro station and bus stops. Surrounded with restaurants and cafes. The space was very clean. Also, it was possible to leave my luggage for a couple of hours after I checked out. Overall, it was a good choice to stay there.

Cons: Unfortunately, when other guests come back at night, it gets noisy. As for breakfast, it was regularly provided. However, it's a pity that no fresh juice or cornetto were served. The juice from a carton and the croissant you can get at a supermarket were a bit disappointing.
