Fabulous location and excellent communication

Pros: The location was excellent- walking distance to the Vatican. And communication was brilliant and I loved that we were able to leave our bags long after check out time until our flight so we didnt have to walk around with our bags.

Cons: I guess I didnt pay attention to the size of the room in the photos , because it is not a spacious room. just enough space to leave your bags.

Pros: We stayed at the Affreschi San Pietro apartments for New Year and would like to say a huge thank you to Nicodemo and Maria! The main advantage is the location: it's less than 10 minutes' walk to St. Peter's Basilica, there's a bus stop nearby that goes straight to the center (20-30 minutes' drive), a minimarket and a pizzeria are two minutes' walk away. The room is clean and cozy, Maria (thank you so much!!) cleans and changes towels every day. The only thing we missed, perhaps, was a mini fridge (unfortunately, there isn't one in the double room, but we really wanted to put prosciutto, cheese and prosecco in there 😄). Otherwise, everything we need is there! And most importantly, the entire staff greeted us very warmly, so we will definitely come back here again!))

Pros: We quite enough were helped by Front office Affreschi a Pietro hotel, that in the midnight hotel that we've booked cancel the reservation, cause too late at that night. But Affreschi can help us, so thank you your help. We also thank to the service that informative & nice..

Can't wait to come again in summer

Pros: We travelled as a family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was spacious (wz 1 extra bed) and had a luvly balcony, unfortunately we were in Rome in January, weather was quite cold and we could not use balcony for breakfast or just relax. Surely will come back in summer to enjoy it. Bathroom was spacious wz a shower. There were enough towels and place to store our clothes. There is a fully equiped kitchen that we used for breakfast (we made our own breakfast). Both owner and Mrs Maria were very helpful. Place is easy to find, located in a building with a beautiful entrance lobby. Location is just perfect. Very close to Vatican, there are places to eat, Carrefour supermarket is few hundred metres. Bus stop is also very close. I really liked our room, modern and cosy style.

Cons: Our stay was too short.

Pros: Great location,very clean room and bathroom.the staff friendly and very helpful.

Great place near very close to Vatican

Pros: Great location! Very close to Vatican! Easy self check-in, available even late at night! Small but comfortable room, good air conditioning. We stayed for 3 nights, and had a cleaning lady once (which I think is okay). The owner provided vouchers for breakfast in the Cafe nearby. You can choose a simple breakfast there (croissants and beverage, etc) and that was enough for us. Quite neighborhood!

Cons: The wardrobe in the room was filled with a huge amount of cleaning supplies, towels, bathrobes, etc. It looks like this room was used as a utility room before and was now redone into the guest room. It wasn't a big deal for me, but it just made me feel uncomfortable to know that the cleaning lady goes in every time to get her stuff to clean other rooms, etc. Also, the room is a bit small.

To reconsider for the next business trip.

Pros: The location (close to station San Pietro and San Pietro itself, but quite) and the cleaning lady on site. She was really nice.

Cons: Nothing. It’s a simple clean room. Not a fancy hotel if you are looking for it.

Pros: O contato com a equipe foi fácil e amigável, a localização é boa e o acesso tranquilo. Além do custo-benefício ser excelente.
