Well located, good service and price - very clean.

Pros: Giovanni is very helpful and accomodating. The location is very near the Vatican and transportation, quiet area and sits right next door to a grocery shop that has everything that we would need.

Cons: Nothing really. There’s a shared kitchen, and we are very lucky we stayed there with lovely guests as well. There’s a lift but doesn’t stop at the floor of the Opera Inn, so just something to consider if with limited mobility, but it is not a very high climb - absolutely no issue with us as we are very mobile. Our toilet and shower is small, but very clean, just something to consider, but we have no issue with it because the room is very spacious.

Ideal location for the Vatican City

Pros: Great location for the Vatican City and it was nicely tucked away inside a building complex. Marco & Giovanni were very accommodating and responded promptly to any queries we had.

Lovely property loved Rome but the pick pockets ruined our last day

Pros: The host Giovanni was very friendly and helpful. The property was very close to the shops and near the Vatican

Cons: Buses are pick pocket traps for tourists and unfortunately, one of our wallets with 100 euros and drivers licence plus personal details were stolen on bus 64 or 62 the one which stops in front of the Vatican City and near the apartment. This ruined our experience because it happened one day before we leave.
