Pros: The location is fantastic, near the Basilica St Peter...Some restaurants around. Easy to get transportation either by bus or taxi. The room was so clean. I felt at home, because there were only 8 rooms. Not so crowded and a nice breakfast.

Great accomodation near Vatican city
Pros: We liked everyrhing. First of all it was very clean and warm. As we were in Rome from 1-6.1. and that it was raining all the time it was very important for us to be warm. Accomodation was realy great. Vatican city is 5 min.walking distance, connection with the center of town is great with bus (bus station is 3 min walking). Host was very nice and polite. Breakfast was just great as we didn't have and expetations (pastry, boiled eggs, jam and butter, sandwiches, coffee or tea). Everyday room was cleaned and we get clean towels. For every recommendation, if we'll ever come to Rome for sure we'll come back. Just a suggestion, mini fridge in room would be highly appreciated.
Cons: Everything was just perfect.

Great Property in Excellent Location.
Pros: Everything about the property was perfect. In particular the location is excellent. It is near St Peter's Square and Vatican City. The Property is 30 minutes from Flumcino Airport by Taxi (55 euros). By public transport you can take the Leonardo Express Train from Flumcino Airport which is non stop for 14 euros. The duration on the train is about 30 minutes. You will get off at Termini Station and from there you can take bus number 64 going to Saint Pietro. Get off at St Pietro stop and the property is about 5 minutes walk from the stop. Everything by way of transport, taxis, supermarket, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants is within easy reach. The staff are lovely, polite and very helpful. Our room had a comfy bed and was cleaned every day. Breakfast was reasonable too. The property is suitable for everyone.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was good at the property. We had a very good stay and cannot wait to come back for another visit.

Happy and Contented.
Pros: Stayed for 9 days and everyday we didnt hav the chance to eat breakfast. On the first and second day they leave some bread and boiled egg inside the room and that is really appreciated. However on the subsequent days they no longer do it.So i left a note and they gladly comply.Just bread without the egg and its fine. I find the place homey and very safe. Its a.perfect location- near Vatican, near bus station and Metro station as well. There is a grocery nearby as well and line of restaurants.Property is clean as well.
Cons: No available staff when you arrive past 3pm.

Comfortable and great location :)
Pros: I really like how close it’s located to the St. Peter’s Basilica. I like that we got many towels.
Cons: I didn’t like the breakfast, I think they give too much sugar, and the most nutritious food (eggs, ham, cheese) it’s very limited.

Nice place to stay
Pros: Everything was really clean and nice. Breakfast was enough, staff was very kind.
Cons: Everyday the breakfast was the same, and some veggies would have been nice to have. But it was enough and delicious.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, except for minor shortcomings like breakfast.
Pros: I liked the staff: they were friendly and allowed us to check in before the official time (12:00) — we arrived at 08:00. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and the Vatican. The bus stop is nearby, and from there it was easy to get to the center of Rome.
Cons: Breakfast variety was rather weak, I would have preferred more options. Every day it was the same selection. It would be nice if the breakfast choices were more diverse — not just a roll with cheese and ham, a croissant, an egg, and a tray with jams, crackers, butter, yogurt, and similar items. I would have liked to have several breakfast options and, if possible, the ability to choose between them.
