Well appointed apartment, close to train links into Rome

Pros: Nicely appointed apartment- two bedrooms one en suite. I was travelling with three kids- so one slept on the sofa bed in the front room. The kitchen area was small and galley like- but has most necessary equipment. A useful supermarket round the corner provided access to food. It was easy to walk to from the train station ( 5 minutes walk) Beds very comfy. Nice balcony area for sitting on - and a washing machine in its own enclosed space.

Cons: It’s on quite a busy road so slightly noisy and an alarm kept going off opposite. We were there during a train strike which did leave us scrambling to find alternative ways to get around- we managed to work out the buses which was ok. The codes to initially get into the apartment were a bit confusing at first however once worked out it was fine It’s a little bit of travel time into Rome using a train then linking into the metro - but once sussed out is perfectly fine.

We choose this place because of the proximity to the stadium as we had a concert. Would go back to visit a near restaura

Pros: Lovely and fully renovated. Space was arranged very well with 2 ensuite bathrooms

Cons: Small things needed fixing in the house. I would have left a couple of bottles of water in the fridge as Summer season in Italy is extremely hot.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and convinient. Despite the fact we were late the owner was very polite and helped us through the procces of entering the apartment and told us everything we need to know. The apartment has a goood location and is close to all different kinds of public transport like subway, trains etc. That gives relatively fast acces to the center of the city. Thank you !

Ha soddisfatto a pieno tutte le mie esigenze.Ottimo per chi deve recarsi al policlinico Gemelli

Pros: Pulizial,il letto e’super comodo,vicinanza al policlinico Gemelli.

Cons: Peccato che non ci sia la possibilità di fare la colazione in struttura.

Ottimo pernotto comodo per Ospedale Gemelli

Pros: Ho pernottato in struttura per un viaggio di lavoro nel periodo 12-14 febbraio 2026. Molto comoda la posizione per raggiungere l'ospedale Gemelli (meno di 10 minuti a piedi). Molto comodo anche il check-in in autonomia seguendo le indicazioni e i codici di accesso a struttura e camera ricevuti tramite WhatsApp dall'host. Camera accogliente e pulita. Nessun servizio colazione, ma presenza di una macchinetta del caffè a cialde nello spazio comune all'ingresso. Bollitore in camera. Consigliato.

Cons: Nulla da segnalare.

Pros: Ottima struttura di nuova costruzione, stanze con materiali di alta finitura, pulizia impeccabile. Pozione perfetta per raggiungere l'ospedale Gemelli. Consigliatissimo!

Pros: Mi ha colpito il profumo di pulito appena sono entrata e l accoglienza top. Vicinissimo al gemelli motivo dell alloggio … ma lo stra consiglio ! Voto 10

Soggiorno Spettacolare

Pros: Struttura nuovissima, pulita ed accogliente. Nel mio caso e’ stato fondamentale la posizione strategica al policlinico gemelli (vicinissimo). Staff gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni mia richiesta accolta con estrema disponibilità e gentilezza. Consigliatissimo!

Cons: Tutto perfetto

Pros: Appartamento nuovissimo, a pochi minuti dal Policlinico Gemelli. Accogliente e pulito.
