Pros: Very calm and clean rooms , 3 min walk to bus stations ! I would definitely return and stay here on my next trip to roma ! I arrived very late to roma and it was past the check in hours so they kindly left me the keys in the entrance so i was able to enter my room even if i was late to check in ! I truly enjoyed staying here and i recommend it to everyone visiting rome !

Pros: People very kind and helpful! Now at this time WiFi connection is in the top! It's a quiet place and safe. Not far from Battistini it's a place not expensive and that in many aspects will be nice. First, evert morning people will ask you if all is good. You'll have nice refill for breakfast just ask. Battistini station is a terminus then you'll be sure to be seated in the metro. At night many options to get this place which is safe because two doors with keys. Perfect place!

Pros: The place is quiet , was clean, we met other people who stayed there and they were also very nice and friendly.

Cons: In a place where everybody drinks wine and tries it at least once, it's sad we didn't found a bottle opener but we managed without it anyway

Pros: We stayed in Queen Vatican for 7 days and we were totally satisfied with our room! It was very clean and also had a hair dryer and cleaning products. We were offered snacks, available in the kitchen.The room is very close to the bus station and the hosts were very kind and willing to help us. We would totally go again!

Pros: Camera molto carina e pulita. Anche il bagno molto pulito ed efficiente. Il gestore davvero gentile e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare al meglio le richieste dei clienti

Pros: La disponibilità dei proprietari e volontà di migliorarsi degli stessi che avendo acquisito da pochi mesi la struttura stanno provando a migliorarla.
