Pros: We had a very good stay. The communication with the host was excellent, always quick and helpful. The self check-in with the keys was easy and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you very much!

Good one but check the location

Pros: The apartment is exactly as you see it. It is a 5 room apartment with shared toilets(you get told which toilet is for your room). Nice kitchen fully equipped. In general It has everything. The person I communicate with was very nice and with clear instructions. It does deserve super high marks. for this price, quite cheap for Rome, it pays off..

Cons: Only bad thing is the public transport and the distance from the city.. As we were there in holidays it was terrible. Waiting busses that don’t show up.. walking 20min to metro.. Also this part of the city is quite dirty, well as whole Rome, but it has some nice and cheap places to eat that are not tourist traps, as almost whole Rome is.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood and a nice apartment with all the necessary amenities. Communication was very good, the host provided us with instructions for self check-in and we had no problems with that.

Cons: It is very far from the tourist part of Rome (an hour by bus to get to the historic center). Due to the limited traffic in Rome, the bus/metro was the only option for us and it was very unfortunate that the transportation took so long.

Comfortable and value for money

Pros: Accommodations were excellent both by the owner as well as Hasim. Very clean, very spacious, quiet during quiet hours would come again.

Cons: The location is a little restrictive when it comes to transportation and/or any emergency purchase. There’s not a lot of things around the neighbourhood and everything is far away.

Very agreeable.

Pros: The property is very clean and quiet, and the songs of the birds contribute to the pleasant neighborhood atmosphere. The property was nearly empty, which was also beneficial since it boasts numerous rooms and bathrooms, despite the common area being somewhat limited in space.

Cons: The city's traffic is terrible, often necessitating walks to the nearby metro station. This aspect makes the location a concern.

Pros: The shared spaces were really clean. Our room had balcony and a lot of space for storing our things such as clothes and the bathroom with shower was newly renovated. The environment around the house was really quiet and in the room you had no noise from the street.

Cons: We asked in advance for more information about the parking situation, since we knew that we would arrive early at ByGrace. We thought we would have private parking (our fault) and asked, if we could leave the car there before check-in; however the replies we received were incomplete and so it took a long time until we finally got the response that we need to park on the narrow, public streets around the house. Since the car has already been broken into before in Italy, we were really scared of leaving it just in the streets, but luckily nothing happened. We believe communication was generelly difficult due to translation issues. The bus stop is in approximately 5' walking distance, unfortunately italian public transport is not really reliable and we waited many times for the bus and walked in the end 25' to the metro station.

Pros: It looked very nice, comfortable, cosy and taken care of.

Cons: The noise people were constantly doing after 11 pm was very annoying. The heating was not working also and we had to use the AC on heating mode and that made a very annoying noise while it was working.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and while the bathroom was shared it was very clean. The location is quite far from the city centre with a bus nearby that took approximately one hour to get into the centre. The accommodation was significantly cheaper than options in the centre though and was good value for money.

Pros: The place was clean and comfortable, with shared kitchen facilities. Particularly liked the fact that each room had their own bathroom, though not attached!

Cons: Found to be a little far from transport and no cafes/ restaurants nearby.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Very pretty, spacious and clean room. It was nice to have a shared microwave and kettle.

Cons: Getting there by metro was no problem but the district seemed a bit dirty and poor.
