Good location, friendly host, everything is there.

Pros: Very friendly host, very simple key collection, good location close to the bus and train station. Close to San Pierro Cathedrale. Good method to leave and collect the luggage in case of walking away.

Cons: It would be fine to have mor crockery and wash it a bit better. Water cooker would be nice. May be some more shelf in the bathroom.

Cozy and clean Apartment near to train and sightseeing.

Pros: The owner is very polite and it was very easy to check in and out. Train station and saint Peter's cathedral only a few walking minutes away. The Apartment was very clean and quiet.

Lovely apartment near Vatican

Pros: The proximity to Vatican City was excellent. Also public transport links were very good. The apartment was very well appointed and pleasant

Cons: This is not a dislike but worth mentioning. You need to be able to manage the 44 steps up to the apartment

Great place, great location and friendly host

Pros: The host was very helpful and the communication went very smoothly. The property was well maintained and designed for a short stay and the location was great. You can go just by walking to the Vatican city, to the Rome center and it’s also near to the airport. I absolutely recommend this place. 😍

Room was fine, local ok if you need to be near the Vatican however, lots of hills and steps!

Pros: The room was comfortable, double bed, small table and two chairs, closet, fridge, great room lighting and a/c and a nice bathroom. The bed was comfy for two people. The check in and out was via a lock box that was very simple and communication with the staff was easy via Whatsapp.

Cons: The street is very tight and it is on a hill and so the cars cannot drop you at the front gate. Also, there are about 35 steps UP to the room and if you have a heavy bag or bad knees then it is not the spot for you. Also, there is one bar around the corner to get some snacks or water, otherwise you have to go up and down the hill to get to the shops, food and of course the Vatican, which is about an 8 minute walk. The hills walking up and down to the room would not be bad if it was not 99 degrees everyday or hotter in Rome so this review reflects the heat of the summer and its challenges!

Fantastic stay near the Vatican!

Pros: The property is just a few minutes from Saint Peter Station and from the Vatican. The room was spacious and comfortable. Mostly important, the host was super welcoming and attentive. We had a small accident and forgot one of our passports in the room after the check out. The host was helpful to solve the issue rapidly. We highly recommend Casa Felice.

Great for solo travelling

Pros: Away from all the noise, very helpful for someone who couldn’t speak Italian

Pros: The location was great as it was very close to the train station and to Vatican city. It felt like a safe area to stay for a few days. Also, the host is very helpful with everything.

Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-kept, nestled in a location just moments from the Vatican and seamlessly connected to the rest of the city. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and attentive—always available whenever we needed them.

Pros: The location is great, close to bus /metro station. The room has everything that we needed, very cosy and comfortable.

Cons: N/A
