Pros: Lovely clean modern B&B , easy straightforward check in, the host very friendly and easy to contact if any problems, walking distance to the Vatican, breakfast tokens provided for a lovely cafe just around the corner from the accommodation, a great 4 night stay would definitely recommend.

Pros: - clean apartment, comfortable bed - everything you need for a few days - good communication with the host - tasty breakfast in the bistro nearby (coffee+ pastry) - good location, 10-15 minutes walk from Vatican

Cons: - you can hear the noise from other rooms, I'd recommend providing earplugs to the guests :)

Pros: Good location - just near the Vatican City, and you can find streets full of good restaurants nearby. But no noise establishment close to your windows, so you sleep unbothered. Freshly remodelled with a modern interior, comfortable mattresses and high-quality bathroom equipment. Everything is as in the photos. The check-in process is straightforward and clear.

Cons: Not close to the underground if it is essential for you. But no major inconveniences. Neighbours smoke into the vent, as everywhere in Italy, anyway.

Cons: Things that can be improved: -Small noise from the nearby rooms -Warm water at the shower seems to be a little bit limited for 5 min.

Excellent location, clean, modern and everything you need!

Pros: The property was perfect for what we needed, we just had 3 nights so we could explore Rome. It is located really close to the Vatican City which you can explore by foot. The B&B itself is modern. Clean and has the facilities you need! The self check in and out instructions from Ricardo was perfect and easy to follow. There is a lovely little bar and restaurant just at the end of the street if you didn’t want to go far. And the place you go for breakfast was lovely we had a pizza there in the night too, staff were friendly and the food was tasty and fresh. The train service there is second to none and easy and the station is only 5 mins to walk to the property

Great clean apartment

Pros: Very clean and location is good, heaps of eateries around and Carrefour around the corner was good. Vatican is just 20 to 25mins away. Nice quiet area.

Cons: Noise from the apartment just above us was so loud, kids running around and jumping whole day 😑 one pillow each was inconvenient to get a good sleep. You can hear everything around you.

Pros: We had a really nice staying during our 4-day trip to Rome. The property is within a calm area but still within easy walking distance to Trastevere and city centre.

Cons: We missed some houshold stuff like knifes, forks, spoons etc as we couldnt really eat the sweet breads served in the mornings (Italian tradition but very different from Sweden.

Pros: The location was excellent! Ric was very responsive to our needs and sent easy check in directions. If I had any issues, he responded immediately. The bistrot he uses for breakfast was great, but know it is not open on Sunday. Lots of other options close by though. I highly recommend this place

Confortable, propre et flexible !

Pros: The apartment was nice, clean, well-connected (close to the Vatican in particular), with everything you need. And above all, Riccardo was nice available and flexible.

A wonderful stay – comfortable room, great location, and an excellent host. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Pros: The room was beautiful and newly renovated. The location is perfect – quiet, with a bus stop nearby. There’s also a cozy café next door where we had breakfast, and their pizzas were really delicious. The host was amazing – very helpful, quick to respond to any issues, and super friendly.

Cons: The only small downside was that the sound insulation wasn’t very strong, so we could hear the neighbors quite clearly.
