In the middle of Ancient Rome.

Pros: Central to the Ancient Rome area. Close to Trevi fountain, Vatican and of course the Pantheon and tons of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and service was great.

Cons: The room windows were very poor and didn’t insulate for sound or incoming cold air.

Central Location to explore Rome

Pros: location was great, best coffee shop in Rome just outside the front doors; the hotel was accomodating with respect to the number of guests we had - we were upgraded to a larger room with 2 bathrooms once they realised we were 5 adults;

Cons: Stairs to get to first floor - a little difficult with heavy luggage but having said that, we did get help from reception to bring them up.

Perfect. Weather, food, hotel etc was great.

Pros: Location was amazing. And the room very comfortable with a small fridge and AC. We were close to the breakfast, so although there were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room, the staff were happy for me to nip in to make a brew! The staff were particularly helpful.

Cons: It was all great in fairness. Maybe because it’s still officially winter here in Feb, the AC was only set to provide hot air. It was a warm couple of days in the city and so the room got very hot. But no problem, the gentleman behind the desk was really helpful and provided a fan!! Life saver.

Pros: Clean, tidy and roomy. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Was a bit tricky to find initially. Easy to walk past it. Reception is up a flight is stair so there is no hotel front, just a door. But once you know it’s fine.

Lovely stay, the place felt like home from home

Pros: Location was great, central, interesting, lots of local food places and sights.

Cons: A little bit of noise at night from people in street

Pros: The Hotel and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: Nothing not to like. It was beyond our expectations

Location and friendly staff

Pros: The location is really excellent, next to the Pantheon and easy to walk to main sites and many restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean with beds made up daily. Breakfast is available. There is a flight of stairs to navigate if you have luggage (no elevator).

Great stay

Pros: The overall layout and the location itself was outstanding.

Cons: The only issue is locating the reception building/where to check in. Perhaps putting a doormat/something unusual on the door to make it easy to point out for customer.

Great location, friendly professional memebers of staff, clean- highly recommended

Pros: We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff, even though we arrived earlier than expected. He kindly allowed us to check into our room right away, gave us helpful information about the historical attractions, and even let us have coffee whenever we needed it—despite not having breakfast included in our booking. The location is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Cons: I can’t find anything negative in our whole experience.
