Pros: The location is perfect, very quiet street in the middle of everything. Loads of space in the apartment and very comfortable.

Pros: The location was amazing. Monti was such a fabulous area - great restaurants, bars and generally very cool vibes! Close to the Colosseum. The apartment was lovely and spacious, clean and well appointed. No noise at night, nice and quiet. Check in was seamless and the hosts were helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this fantastic accommodation.

Pros: Great location for a sightseeing trip to Rome, a spacious apartment right in the middle of all the sights. A quiet space with 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor.

Pros: Perfect location, very spacious apartment. The kitchen area is open plan, lots of surface area. Beds are large and comfortable. Showers are very good. Despite being in a busy location, it’s very quiet inside the apartment.

Cons: Had to call owner on a mobile to gain entry to the apartment and it took several attempts to connect. We would have preferred a lock box outside the property. Very narrow, winding staircase to second floor, access was challenging with three large suitcases, otherwise manageable for day to day use.

Pros: the location was amazing, so central and also in such a lovely area with local cafes, restaurants, small independant shops. The inside of the proprty was beautiful, an old building nicely restored. Lots of space.

Cons: i think considering the price it would be nice to leave some water, juice maybe some very basics in the kitchen

Facility is huge and it was very clean Staff very helpful and helpful with any type of requests. Internet was stable. Loved the place and would recommend it to my friends.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The apartment was spacious, clean, warm, and very close to all the main attractions. There were excellent restaurants in the area. The Colosseum was just a 5-minute walk away. Many of the top 10 tourist attractions were within a 15-20 minute walk. A stroll through the historic center during the day, followed by a relaxing evening in a very comfortable setting. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking at home.

Pros: Of course, without the slightest doubt, the greatest advantage of the facility is its location in the Colloseo area. The apartment also has a spacious living room and a kitchen for shared use. The bedrooms are also large and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms kept clean with plenty of towels provide the opportunity to freshen up after walking around the beautiful city. GREAT availability of shops and pubs. The nearest restaurant is literally around the corner. The place is surprisingly quiet, although located in the center. Perfect contact with Romalda - owner apartments.

Cons: It would certainly be better if the apartment was not so dark, especially in the bedroom next to the large bathroom - maybe a mirror system would ensure comfort because there is plenty of sun above the roof. Unfortunately, it was undergoing renovation, so the noise was quite annoying, but it's not the apartment's fault.
