Malaysia 🇲🇾

Apartment in an excellent location and friendly host.

Pros: Good location with free and safe street parking although private/paid parking available nearby. Quick respond by the host to all our requests. The host even contacted us days in advance to ensure our smooth check in. The rooms are clean and equipped with what we need during our stay.

Cons: Nothing except we should have stayed longer.

Pros: Svarbiausia tobulai švaru, radome visus reikalingus viešnagei reikmenis, taip pat ir virtuvėje. Pakankamai vietos, rankšluosčių, patogi lokacija - netoli parduotuvė, picerija.

Cons: Trūko kabliukų rankšluosčiams vonioje. Su viešuoju transportu mažiausiai 40 min iki lankytinų vietų, bet yra net keletas važiavimo opcijų, stotelės netoliese tai nedidelės bėdos.

Departamento impecable, algo alejado

Pros: Está en un edificio viejo y algo sucio pero el departamento por dentro es moderno e impecable. Cama cómoda, cocina suficiente y cafetera.

Cons: Uno de los baños era demasiado pequeño, apenas entra una persona sentada en el inodoro, mi pareja al ser mas alto no pudo usarlo.

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr komfortabel und der Gastgeber war durchweg sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Netherlands 🇳🇱

Pros: Nicco is perfert host.Quick to react on all our queries. Apartment is finished to high standards 5 stars perfect for 4 persons. Airco works very well for hot summer days. Beds are very comfortable.Small kitchen is equipped for making tea and theres coffee machine for a quick breakfast. Convenient to have 2 bathrooms. Location is perfect 8min walk to the tram which takes us directly to Piazza Venezia. At the bottom of the apartment there is a tabacco shop which sells the tickets, a small bar and a thai restaurant. Public car park around the corner for 20euros a day but parking on the streets is possible. I would recommend and would come back to stay!

Tolles Apartment mit guter Anbindung

Pros: Tolles Apartment mit klasse Anbindung! Nicco ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber! Früherer und auch späterer Check In/Out problemlos möglich! Kommunikation top! Das Apartment ist im 1. OG über eine Treppe oder Aufzug zu erreichen. Möblierung und Ausstattung sind super für einen Trip! Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen bei Nicco und es war fantastisch! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ótima estadia em Roma

Pros: Espaço agradável e muito bem localizado. O proprietário foi muito atencioso em todo o período da estadia. Local próximo dos restaurantes e cafés, além de oferecer acesso rápido aos ônibus, já que existe um ponto bem na frente do apartamento. Recomendo este local .

Cons: Nenhum ponto negativo a relatar.

Чисто, затишно, зручне ліжко та подушки, зручно по транспорту громадському та з аеропорту.

Pros: Фото відповідають дійсності, і навіть краще ніж на фото. Зручне розташування та транспортна розвʼязка, зручно і швидко добиратись з Фюмічіно на електричці 15 хв, турботливий господар завжди на звʼязку, затишно, чисто, спокійно. Порадували деталі: кавова машинка та смачна кава, маленькі гарні чашечки для кави, гарний посуд та прибори, необхідна аптечка, для кожного були засоби гігієни включно з зубною щіткою.
