Terrazza Majorana

To say that the apartment exceeded our expectations would be an understatement.

Pros: We were amazed from the very first moment we opened the door. Impeccable cleanliness, soft lighting, a large terrace with lanterns that added a special warmth to our evening glass of wine, countless shades of blue in the interior, and tasteful details — all of this created an atmosphere of absolute comfort and beautifully thought-out design. The appliances and bathroom fixtures were new and very convenient to use. There was also a coffee machine with a selection of delicious capsules. The building is located within a gated area, and the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. Our host, Marco, was extremely kind, always available, and gave us many helpful tips. The location is just a short walk from Trastevere Station: easy to reach from the airport and close to the main attractions — whether on foot or by tram. There are several supermarkets nearby. When we return to Rome, we will stay here again, without a doubt. Thank you, Marco!

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Totally equipped (a toaster would have been good). Full balcony with an awesome terrace. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a huge balcony. Marco responded quickly to messages and was incredibly helpful with everything. On our last day, I got sick and wasn’t able to leave the apartment on time, but Marco let us stay longer, he literally saved my life. Thank you, Marco, for your kindness!

Would definitely recommend it for a couple of days

Pros: The place was really clean and cosy, with air-conditioning in each room. The terrace was huge and we would have certainly used it, but it was simply too hot to get outside (but there was a shady space prepared for those willing to have a breakfast there). The host, Marco, was very friendly and replied to our requests in no time.

Cons: Nothing in particular, everything was perfectly fine.

Bellissimo e confortevole appartamento, completo di tutto.

Pros: Intero appartamento a disposizione completa di tutti i servizi. Spazi ampi e ben distribuiti. Tutto ristrutturato e nuovo con ottimo gusto negli arredi. Terrazza ad uso esclusivo ottimo anche per periodi estivi.

Confort totale

Pros: La casa è ristrutturata da pochissimo in modo piacevole e razionale. È spaziosa, luminosa, silenziosa. Il bagno grande con una doccia molto spaziosa, servizi nuovissimi. I letti, compreso quello del divano, sono ampi e con materassi comodi. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e funzionale. Posizione defilata rispetto al centro ma non scomoda, quartiere tranquillo, atmosfera accogliente. Host molto disponibile e gentilezza, puntuale e attento. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di piú!

Un appartement qui garantit un très bon séjour à Rome

Pros: Très bon accueil de Marco qui est très sympathique et attentif à toutes nos demandes. L'appartement est très spacieux, bien aménagé, très propre. Notre séjour à Rome n'en a été que meilleur! Il est bien situé pour se rendre dans les lieux touristiques et culturels en transports (bus ou métro) ou à pied. Il est également proche des commerces et de la gare de Trastevere permettant l'accès direct depuis l'aéroport.

Pros: Posizione perfetta per le mie esigenze. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le necessità primarie, anche oltre le aspettative. Molto pulito e accogliente. Assolutamente consigliato.

Agréable appartement, grand et confortable

Pros: Bel appartement lumineux, grand et bien équipé avec l'accès à une grande terrasse. Calme. Climatisé. Ascenseur. A proximité de la gare du Trastevere. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Pour moi idéalement situé, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix et j'espère pouvoir y revenir.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, tal cual sale en las fotos. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha y Marco, el propietario, lo solucionó super rápido de una manera muy eficaz. El trato por su parte fue excelente. Lo recomiendo 100%
