Pros: I highly recommend this apartment. It was a perfect experience. The location is very good, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was incredibly functional, making our stay very comfortable. The host, Rocco, was very helpuful - he was easy to contact and extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The place was absolutely perfect. Really nice host, great location - the neighborhood full of bars and restaurants to enjoy, without causing any noise or disruption. The apartment is fully accommodating to any need you might have. There's a supermarket and pharmacy right across the street and many bus/train stations nearby.

Perfect place for a getaway in Rome!
Pros: Lovely property with a lovely host. We were greeted straight after our flight and shown around the apartment - with some nice complimentary ice tea. The AC was a lifesaver during peak Rome heat! The facilities were exactly as shown and the whole stay exceeded our expectations. It is a lovely location, with a nice walk to the city or accessible public transport for when your legs get tired. The street right next to us was filled with life and atmosphere, with great affordable drinks and food - a lovely space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. 10/10 experience and we'll definitely consider booking again!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros: Hübsche kleine Wohnung über zwei Etagen, ebenerdig und Souterrain mit kleiner Terrasse. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Sogar etwas Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und ein paar Snacks waren bereitgestellt. Verkehrsgünstig, aber sehr ruhig im angesagten Pigneto-Viertel gelegen. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Der Gastgeber Rocco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.
Cons: Da gibt es nichts.

A place to come back anytime.
Pros: The location is very convenient, next to a pedestrian street with cafes etc, across from a supermarket and a bus stop, and with free parking spaces available. The host, Rocco, was always available for assistance. We liked the fact that the access was with a code, so we could arrive back to the apartment at different times instead of together.
Cons: The apartment and location exceeded our expectation, so nothing to complain.

Pros: Lokalizacja, nie jest zła. Mając bilet na pełna komunikacje jest ok. Bardzo wygodne i czyste łóżko., kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, reczniki na wyposażeniu. Upominkiem powitalny; 2 baletki napoju w lodówce i slone przekąski na stole. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie, kontakt bardzo prywatny.
Cons: Czuć lekko wilgoć na dole ( bo sypialnia znajduje się po wejściu do mieszkania na dole - jakby piwnica) Nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo w sumie mało przebywaliśmy w apartamencie.

Odličan smještaj u blizini Terminija
Pros: Rocco je odličan host, uvijek na raspolaganju za sva pitanja i neodumice, vrlo susretljiv i srdačan. Smještaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, cca 10 min udaljen od Terminija tramvajem. S Terminija je lako doći u sve dijelove Rima i Vatikana autobusom, podzemnom željeznicom ili tramvajem. Apartman je uredan i čist i ima sve potrebne sadržaje za ugodan boravak.
Cons: Sve je bilo dobro.
