Well-located, clean, and comfortable accommodation with a kind host.
Pros: At the end of October, three of us stayed in the apartment. The apartment is very close to the Vatican (about a 15-minute walk) and roughly 5 minutes from the Cipro metro station, from where other attractions can be easily reached. The accommodation is comfortable, nicely furnished, and clean; the kitchen is well equipped, everything looks new or is actually new — you could even cook there if someone gets tired of pizza and pasta :) The beds are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi works well. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was served at a small nearby bar under the building (a pastry and coffee or cappuccino). Andrea, the host, was helpful and kind — we communicated regularly via WhatsApp, and he responded to all our questions immediately.
Cons: The street noise at night was quite loud, which bothered me since I’m a light sleeper. Because of All Saints’ Day, the breakfast place was closed for the weekend — this could perhaps have been known in advance and arranged differently. The airport transfer Andrea organized was unexpectedly canceled, creating a bit of stress, but he immediately worked to resolve it. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Rome.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment for 4 days! The apartment itself was excellent - spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Our host Andrea was simply amazing - so welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The location couldn’t be better - perfectly situated close to the metro and bus stops, making it incredibly easy to explore all of Rome’s treasures. Thank you, Andrea, for making our Roman holiday so special! We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Perfectly clean, very hospitable host- Andrea vas here for everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, good value for money. Excellent italian breakfast at the bar downstairs- coffe + homemade croissant. Metro station was very near, but we never used it, good for travelers who like to walk like us, you can get everywhere on foot. Host organized transport from and to airport for cheaper than other services. Will surely come back

Pros: We had the most amazing stay at Andrea’s apartment in Rome! First of all, Andrea is simply the best, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. He went above and beyond by recommending great local spots to eat and things to do, which made our experience even more special. The apartment itself was absolutely gorgeous, brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. The attention to detail was clear in every corner. We truly felt at home from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Rome , both the host and the apartment are 10/10! Can't wait to come back!

We had a great time here
Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind and helpful. The location is excellent – in a nice, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the Vatican. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for the four of us during our 5-day stay. Breakfast was served at the bakery on the corner, where the staff were also very friendly and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

Pros: OMG it’s the best possible option to stay near Vatican. The flat is super nice, clean, cozy and comfortable. Only 4 minutes till train station, around 15 min till Vaticano Museums by feet. In the flat you can find everything for the stay - the washing and dishwasher machine, a fridge, oven, coffee machine, and lots of things for the shower as well. The owner was on WhatsApp 24/7 and answer all our questions about the property and the area around. Super nice and sweet. Thank you so much for hosting us and we will definitely come back

Pros: De host was echt perfect, ze was altijd bereikbaar en super vriendelijk. Van de taxi vanaf de luchthaven tot en met het ontbijt in een naastgelegen café. Appartementen ligt in een wat rustiger gedeelte dan het centrum wat heel prettig is, desondanks is alles op loopafstand. Bedden waren goed!
Cons: Ligt aan een doorlopende straat waar veel verkeer doorheen gaat. Na een lange dag wandelen miste je wel een huiskamer om even op de bank te ploffen
