The apartment is very large, clean and well-furnished. Good location.

Pros: The apartment is very large, clean and well-equipped. I was on vacation with my family. There were 6 of us, including 3 children. This apartment has all the conditions for a good rest. Communication with the owner of the apartment is easy, he gives useful advice on all issues. The location is excellent. The metro is 120 meters away. There are markets and restaurants around. I thank him.

Great choice for family reunion in Rome.

Pros: Friendly and responsive host, clean and functional accommodation, excellent location very close to the metro station and useful shops and establishments. Enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony in the evening.

Cons: It was great value for money and we have no complaints. Suggest maybe explaining how waste is separated and where to bin it as this varies a lot from country to country. A sign in the kitchen might help..

Pros: Our group of five had a very comfortable stay at Residenza Romana Vaticana. The apartment's location is excellent, with the Cipro metro station just 2-3 minutes away, making it very convenient for getting around Rome. The owner, Luca, was extremely kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which was especially appreciated due to the extreme heat in Rome during our visit. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended place for families

Pros: The apartment is located 5 mins walk from Cipro metro station. Several grocery shopping and dining options in walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped with plenty of room for a family of 4 with two young children. The air conditioner units made the room temperatures very comfortable very quickly. The hosts are very responsive, tried to help with any questions, problems during the stay although we have not met in person. Highly recommended place to stay.

Cons: The neighbours were sometimes noisy but probably it is a temporary thing due to a crying baby. The district where the apartment is located is not too busy but in the morning the traffic on the streets make it a bit noisy if the windows are open.

Nice location, clean and comfy apartment, great host

Pros: We travelled with my parents and my brother and the apartment was great for us four. Very close to the Vatican, just a couple of minutes walking, nice neighborhood, supermarkets near by. The apartment was very clean and nice, we had everything we needed. Special thanks to the host who was very supportive, arranged the airport shuttle and explained a lot about the city.

Pros: This property was booked 24 hours before we arrived in Rome the host Luca was fantastic and very accommodating. The location is close to the Cipra Metro, and very easy to get around. The apartment was spacious for three adults. would highly recommend this property.
