Ziani 5 Rome Vatican Apartment

Pros: The apartment was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also communication was great, very clear instructions and always reachable for questions. Also the location is good, everything is easily accessible with the metro station 2 min walking.

Pros: We liked everything: it was well located next to the Vatican and near a metro stop. Neighbourhood was wonderful. Apartment well divided and organised: we had no problems sleeping 6 and a small child. The hosts are the typical Roman warm couple

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. Perhaps a dishwasher would be an extra perk, but we were fine taking turns washing the dishes

Amazing apartment, close to everything you need!

Pros: Just an amazing apartment with very helpful, kind and flexible hosts! It is close to the metro station and Vatican, so can be considered as a great starting point for sightseeing! There is 24h supermarket nearby, while the apartment has all accessories a family need for a comfortable stay! My family was really happy and we can recommend it to everyone visiting Rome!

Very nice appartment i a nice and moderate touristic area of Rome

Pros: The appartement is very quite and can be reached from the subway within 2 min if walk. A well stocked supermarkted and nice restaurants are around the corner. The vaticano is in walking distance. Ideal for a group of 3-4 people

We highly recommend it!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The house was exceptionally clean and cozy, with two balconies. The kitchen and dining utensils were very well-stocked, and the washing machine was easy to use. Both the room and bathroom were spacious. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a supermarket and subway station right downstairs. It was only a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and a 15-minute subway ride to the Colosseum. The staff is extremely friendly and provided us with helpful information. We are very grateful for the assistance she offered us.

Cons: We had a very satisfying stay at this hotel, with just one minor issue. The hot water supply was a bit limited, especially when there were four of us traveling together. The water would start getting cold by the second person, so we had to plan our shower times accordingly. Other than that, we were extremely pleased with the accommodation.

Pros: Nice flat, clean and very good location. Comfortable beds, friendly owner.

Cons: May be better to add dishwasher and microwave (but it is only for me. I like to eat home food😋)

Amazing.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay in this property. The owner was really friendly (I was able to do check-in earlier) and help me with some tips. The apartment is located in not tourist area so it was nicely quiet, with groceries nearby, and 100m from metro station, so you can be in the city center by 15 minutes long ride or 30 minutes long walk through Vatican. The apartment itself is well equipped, comfy bed, nice bathroom, kitchen and two balconies. I felt safe it this area, as this was important for me as I was travelling solo. If I will visit Rome in the future, I hope I will be able to book this accommodation again.

Fantastisch

Pros: Heel schoon, comfortabele bedden, 2 balkonnetjes, wasmachine en 2 minuten lopen van de metro! Er zit op 1 minuut wandelen een vrij grote supermarkt die 24 uur per dag ooen is!!! Echt een super appartement!!! Heel vriendelijke eigenaresse.

Excelente estadía familiar en Roma

Pros: Departamento muy cómodo, remodelado y bien decorado. Bonito. Con buena calefacción, balcones y persianas. Ubicado en un barrio residencial, con mucho comercio alrededor, supermercados, etc. Estación de metro a pasos del departamento, ideal para moverse hacia todas partes. Zoe, su dueña, muy amable y con muy buena disposición.

Cons: Sólo le faltaban algunos electrodomésticos, como microondas, tostadora de pan, hervidor de agua.
