Pros: We could meet and leave out luggage earlier than check in time, which was extremely useful. The communication was clear. The area is great - very close to Vatican, great bakeries cafes and restaurants, nice and generally quiet. Transportation hub. The bedroom bed was great. Dishwashing machine , oven , large fridge , nice balcony. The apartment was cleaned properly. Good level of comfort in the apartment. The price was ok for us, especially since the city tax was a big part of it.
Cons: In terms of what could be improved, it is the utilities and amenities. Kitchen paper towels, more forks ( just 2 small ones and 1 huge), sponge and dish washing liquid. Guests have to buy maybe some basic oil and vinegar, if cooking (probably safety reasons not to hold). The water is full full of calc, never seen before something like this, but they have a filter. The sofa in the living room is very noisy when sleeping on it.

Good accommodation which can be improved with some targeted interventions
Pros: Very good location, very quiet apartment with nice furniture except the old sofa.
Cons: Cleanliness and the sofa mattress could be better. There were no curtains at the windows. The building is very old and not renovated. Only one key is provided.

My new favourite place in Rome
Pros: Loved the Prati neighbourhood, the modern apartment, quiet bedroom, wonderful hot shower, big towels, washer and dryer, super secure building. This was amazing and I'll be back!

Pros: The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay in Rome. All the places in the central area we planned to visit were in a walking distance. Even the Stadio Olimpico was not too far for walking (we were there on a concert and after it finished the road back was blocked by the police for all means of transport). There were several good local restaurants in the neighborhood and 2 supermarkets nearby. The apartment was really nice and well maintained and we had everything that we needed. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: The coffee capsules were not good, not typical for Italy, but we found a box with coffee and were able to enjoy a boiled coffee in the mornings.

Pros: Отличные , чистые , современные апартаменты . Близко магазин продуктовый, метро 4 минуты пешком. Вообще центр в пеший доступности и Ватикан . Квартира на втором этаже с прекрасным балконом и тихой улицей
Cons: Кофе машина была неисправна. В гостиной нужны занавески
