Perfect place to stay at Rome!
Pros: Very well located, fully equipped and cared (very clean and detailed). Mauro has been the perfect landlord, he has sent us all the information on time and has kept us informed during our stay. Highly recommended

Pros: The owner wrote almost immediately after I made the booking to provide information and made us feel welcome. The apartment is in the best zone I can imagine. It felt so peaceful and my 11 year old daughter was dancing in the streets all the time when we were walking around to see all the amazing places in the old part of Rome. The apartment itself was provided with everything you need. Coffee, tea and water to start with, towels, soap, kitchen utensils all clean and up to date, bathroom clean - you name it. Better than any hotel. All agreements kept. Easy information to get in.
Cons: There’s nothing about the apartment I didn’t like. But before you book you should know that the shower is small. And the apartment is located in the basement so naturally there’s no terrace and the windows (they open and close) are below the ceilings.

Cons: Shower area in the bathroom is a bit small even for small size person. The room locates underground without access to elevator, so a bit difficult for person with big luggages.

I will not hesitate to rebook Mauro’s property for future trips to Rome. In fact, I’lltell everyone I know to book Mauro
Pros: Mauro’s property is located in a fantastic part of Prati. It is located very near the Lepanto metro stop. There are also great restaurants very close. The Vatican is a 25 minute walk. Regarding the property, it was fantastic! It’s very spacious and well-appointed! WiFi was good and it had excellent air conditioning! Mauro provided all the amenities we could ask for! There was an instant espresso machine (similar to a Nespresso), power converters, large flat-screen TVs, as well as a washer/dryer unit. Literally, the only thing I needed that he didn’t provide was a pair of nail clippers.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like. Mauro was an excellent host who provided a fantastic property. He kept in communication with us and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Un appartamento eccellente come base per esplorare Roma
Pros: Essendo un romano, sebbene ormai da vent'anni trasferito a Milano, conosco piuttosto bene Roma e, in particolare, la zona Prati. Per Roma vale ancor oggi ciò che scriveva De Quevedo in un suo indimenticabile sonetto (t.ly/F-blm). La posizione della struttura è eccellente per raggiungere tutte le parti servite dalla metropolitana (in particolare la Linea A, che si prende nella vicinissima stazione di Lepanto). Sebbene io non guardi la TV, c'è un enorme schermo in soggiorno e uno notevole ai camera, applicato alla parete di fronte al letto. Il WiFi non presenta problemi. La cucina è ottimamente dotata, anche se io non l'ho utilizzata se non per fare il caffè.
Cons: L'appartamento è in un seminterrato, ma è ottimo, senza gli svantaggi che ciò comporta altrove, con l'unica eccezione che, se si ha un bagaglio pesante, anche una rampa di scale può risultare un po' faticosa per qualcuno. Il mio telefono non prendeva, ma ho supplito con il WiFi.
