Incantevole appartamento in pieno centro a Roma

Pros: Great comfortable appartment located in a good centric place close to the metro station. The apartment had all what you needed and the host even left us a few thing to have breakfast, very thoughtful and convenient. Totally recommend this place!

Cons: As it is in a centric location, it can be noisy in the night, but we had white noise which was enough to mask out the street sounds.

Pros: The apartment is close to the metro and bus. For us it was also close to the center of Rome because most of the times we walkes to the main monuments and it took us less than 30 minutes. It was a very clean apartment and well equipped. Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed.

Great apartment and really good stay thanks to the hosts

Pros: Apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything you need, including all the extras for cooking, cleaning etc, was too many to mention, but will serve you well and save a lot of money when self catering. I couldn’t fault anything in the apartment, plus look through the drawers and cupboards, games, books all kinds!! Hosts were available whenever you needed them and very helpful. Would highly recommend as as a self catering near the Vatican.

Cons: Although advertised with a balcony, this is on the roof. The apartment is on the first floor and you have to get the lift to the 5th floor and then go up further stairs and open a gate and a door, not ideal if you want to go up with a drink to chill, but great view! Plus an obviously surly neighbour(who comes up to water the plants) locked the doors on us twice when we were up there, not a problem really as you have keys to open them again, but if carrying a glass of whatever is your tipple gets annoying ha! Also can be a bit noisy with early businesses in the building, late neighbours arriving home and traffic if you are a light sleeper. I know this sounds very negative but just for information if a balcony and very quiet is important to you, though hard to see where you would actually get quiet in Rome, it is a beautiful apartment with great facilities and great hosts!

Pros: Perfect location - everything was so close by walking but if you don't like walking you have a Metro station like 15 meters from the apartment. Also, there is a nice cafeteria behind the corner and a few markets around (5min walking), a pizzeria, bakery and some stores with clothing... The apartment was beautiful, very spacious and clean so we really enjoyed it. The owner was excellent as well, very helpful and fully cooperating (24/7). He helped us with the taxi and gave us some suggestions about where to eat. If I go back to Rome again this apartment would be my first choice... We were with two kids (6 and 9) and they enjoyed it as well.

Cons: Everything was just great

Alloggio spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort,da lavastovigle a lavatrice a microonde. Metro a 2 passi.

Pros: Alloggio grande ,caldo e ben disposto. Pulizie ben fatte. Letti comodi. La metro a pochi passi ma anche a piedi si poteva andare ovunque. Bellissimo terrazzo condominiale dove si godeva di una vista su Roma e su S. Pietro. All'arrivo un host molto gentile ci aspettava per spiegarci e consegnarci le chiavi dell'alloggio. Bella sorpresa per alcune cose presenti: da biscotti e merendine, pacchi di pasta, sale ,olio e aceto. Tutti alimenti nuovi, non aperti.

Cons: Pulizia tappeti cucina migliorabile.

Pros: La experiencia en este departamento fue excepcional , todas las comodidades , instalaciones impecables en cuanto a limpieza , muy cerca de la basílica de San Pedro y a 100 metros del Metro , no se lo pierdan este departamento porque se van a arrepentir

Pros: Todo. La ubicación. La amabilidad de Federico, siempre resolviendo cualquier duda. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una familia con niños. Y cerquísima del Vaticano. Una ubicación perfecta, con una boca de metro en la puerta.

Cons: No sé. Pienso en algo que no me haya gustado y no se me ocurre.

Fantástico, cómodo y muy bien situado

Pros: Para nosotros la localización fue un plus inesperado y excepcional. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y limpio. Con todo lo necesario y muy bien atendidos. Pero el barrio que es muy bonito tranquilo y con muchos restaurantes y comercios a manos junto a una parada de metro en la puerta fue ideal

Cons: Si tengo que poner alguna pega es que el aire acondicionado era un poco ruidoso. Y que solo tiene un baño que para 4 personas a veces es ... Conflictivo XD

Unvergesslicher Kurzurlaub in der faszinierenden Ewigen Stadt.

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage und ist äußerst großzügig geschnitten. Sie bietet der ganzen Familie ausreichend Platz, um sowohl gemeinsam zu genießen als auch Ruhe zu finden. Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar einen Stellplatz in der nahegelegenen Garage (nur 3 Minuten entfernt) reserviert

Cons: Leider sind die schönen Fenster nicht ganz dicht, sodass der Lärm von draussen deutlich hörbar ist.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist super sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Lage an der U- Bahn und Busstationen ist perfekt. Der Stadtteil Prati ist sehr gepflegt und gerade am Abend nicht von Touristen überströmt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, lieben nochmal an Shideh und Shiva!!!!
