Exceptional apartment, location and host.

Pros: Fantastic location, high quality and spacious apartment. Great host, informative, accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing, everything was exceptional.

Pros: We had a group of 8 people, so Gian's property was perfect for us, The kitchen was well equipped, it had a large dining table and the seperate lounge was very comfortable. Gian met us at the property and he communicated via WhatsApp in the lead up to our arrival and on the day. The location was excellent ... there were lots of restaurants and cafe's nearby and a small supermarket about 50m away. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. There are about 3-4 flights of steps up to the apartment, but there is also a small lift.

Cons: It was all very good.

A stunning, spacious apartment in Rome with an exceptional host.

Pros: Our stay in Rome was absolutely beautiful and truly unforgettable. The apartment itself is stunning, spacious, and full of character. The large kitchen and gorgeous salon made it feel both luxurious and comfortable, all set within a remarkable historic building that added so much charm to the experience. Our host was wonderful, always responsive, thoughtful, and in touch to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything, making it easy to explore Rome while still feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. We already miss being there and are very much looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended.

Cons: We loved everything!

Beautiful and unforgettable stay!

Pros: The inside of the property matched the photos shown, and it was beautiful! The location was perfecto!!!! In the middle of a piazza with a restaurant and Gelato cafe right outside the door and many mini markets and other restaurants within very close proximity, especially quick to get to in the rain. The best part of the place was air conditioning in every room and they worked better than I imagined. Bedrooms were beautiful and comfy and kitchen fully stocked, but we only used drinking glasses! If I were ever to go back to Rome (probably not cuz 3 times is enough for me) I'd stay again!

Cons: As should be expected for an old building, there were a couple of plumbing issues, which we were not aware of until the manager informed us. He took care of the issues immediately and ensured to keep in contact about the status.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and well cared for. The location is wonderful - with a few markets around for what we needed. There is a book of instructions and recommendations which we appreciated. The owner was responsive and greeted us when we arrived and when we left.

Cons: It would have been nice to know that there was work being done on other parts of the building which meant early morning sounds of construction…

Dzięki temu miejscu i właścicielowi nasz pobyt w Rzymie był wyjątkowy.

Pros: Wszystko było perfekcyjne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Historyczne piękne wnętrze. Czuliśmy się jak w pałacu. Przestronne wnętrza. Piękny salon z kasetonami na suficie dekorowanymi malowidłami ptaków. Pobyt dla 8 osób był idealny.

Cons: W salonie poniżej kasetonowego sufitu jest piękny dekorowany fryz z ornamentem roślinnym. Fryz ten nad oknem ma niewielki zaciek, warto poprawić izolację dachu i poddać konserwacji ten fragment malowideł. Życzę właścicielowi, żeby mu się to udało. Chcę tam wrócić!

Było super

Pros: Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, sam obiekt bardzo piękny, czułam się jak bym spała w zamku. Bardzo duża przestrzeń i praktycznie każda sypialnia miała swoją łazienkę. Bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Cons: Było słychać hałas z zewnątrz.
