Pros: The area are very green and calm. Also big terrace is a bonus! Amazing air, if you want feel yourself as local - than try this place!

Cons: I love everything about this place a but If you looking for shopping and not going to use car or taxi than this is not the right spot for you…

Pros: The flat is exceptional, spotless clean! The terrace is amazing! Alessandro was very helpful and polite.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed inside. Close to the Vatican. Very friendly owner, our stay was very nice.

Amazing cozy apartment

Pros: Amazing apartment! Not only clean and comfortable but also nice looking and cozy. Alessandro great owner! He was helpful and kind. It totally worthy to pay.

Great place to stay if you don't mind getting a bus/taxi to get around.

Pros: Location is fantastic if you like to be away from the main centre, but it does mean taking a bus/taxi every time you have a tour. The terrace is wonderful, private and you have an amazing view across the rooftops (the flat is on the 4th floor) sunsets and Prosecco are a must! Plenty of space and huge wardrobe, big bedroom and comfortable lounge with dining table and comfy sofa.

Cons: The 982 bus which brings you up the hill was very unreliable. So if you don't mind walking up a long hill it's OK, or the taxi wasn't that expensive. There is no microwave, although there is a mini oven.

Pros: My stay at this apartment was amazing. It had everything I needed and was in a great location to all the locations. The bus stop was a short walk down the road and was super easy to get from place to place. The apartment was extremely clean, in a very quiet area with no disturbances. Mauro kindly met me at the apartment and Alessandro was on hand to answer any of my questions. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay!

Cons: I couldn’t fault the property/hosts at all.

Pros: Everything was perfect from start to finish alessandro is a perfect host with loads of tips and recommendations about the city and food! The apartment by itself is looking stylish,great comfy bed and terrace. great location, not too far from the city centre .Uber will cost you around 15 euros to reach city and there is bus connections and metro not too far. Nice park ,good cafes and restaurants are close by as well

Pros: 조용한 동네 막다른골목안에 위치 자동차를 이용안해도 버스와 트램을 이용하면 로마시내는 어디든지 편하게 이동할수 있습니다

Pros: Las instalaciones del departamento, y sorprendidos con libros - terraza- riego automático-herramientas -etc

Cons: El parking para los q llegamos en coche- Mueves el coche y te quedas sin estacionamiento, así q preferimos no moverlo .😀😀

Pros: Квартира очень красивая и светлая, с большой террасой, где так приятно выпить утренний кофе или провести вечер. Просторная, уютная — находиться в ней было одно удовольствие. Алессандро — внимательный и приятный человек, всё подробно рассказал, дал много полезных советов о городе, местах и маршрутах. С ним сразу чувствуешь себя в надёжных руках. И снова удивление: в квартире везде питьевая вода — как по волшебству! 😄 Это мелочь, но она каждый раз радует. Место, куда точно захочется вернуться — за атмосферой, комфортом и ощущением, что о тебе позаботились.
