Bellisimo - we loved this apartment for our family of 5

Pros: Fabulous location, we loved the apartment perfect for our family of 5 Great restaurants and cafes right on our doorstep and easy walk to all the beauty of Rome

Pros: Great location. All 3 Apt. are nice, esthetic & clean.

Cons: The Apt is suitable for sleeping 6 people but not suitable when it comes for staying-in and for people who plan to self-cater. There was a problem with the heating and the hot water in one of the Apt. The owner was kind and attentive and reacted fast but the problem wasn't fixed and we had to repeatedly ask for assistance (which made us feel uncomfortable).

Great location

Pros: Perfect location, clean, warm and very comfortable beds..

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like but I would have liked a kettle or saucepan to boil some water.

Cute little apartment in perfect location

Pros: Great location, close to everything! We walked to almost all of the attractions and the great restaurants close by. Apartment is small (all 3 beds were in use) but we weren’t there all day so was perfect for somewhere to sleep. Make sure you walk to the colosseum at night! 😍

Cons: Quite noisy at night. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep as next to a street. Neighbours were sometimes noisy too.

Ferragosto in Rome .

Pros: Very good balance quality and price . Central location with many restaurants a in Rome city center .They gave us the key in advance and we left our trollys there ; while they were cleaning the flat . Organized for us the transfer from and to the airport in perfect time . Quiet location not noises and very good climatization . a place to recommend .

Cons: Flat was clean but maybe could be useful to have a scottex for the kitchen .

Fantastic place to stay in Rome: everything is a few minutes’ walk away!

Pros: Location 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms Small terrace Clothes washing machine

Cons: Noise from the elevator / staircase Light coming through in the sitting room, which is a pain when it is used as a bedroom (comfortable sofa bed) Occasionally Sewage smell in the bathrooms

Strategic location!

Pros: Great location strategically located and close to almost every main site. Decent space with 2 ample bedrooms (1 suite) and 2 bathrooms as well as a sofa bed(not as comfy as the other mattresses). Small furnished kitchen well equipped. Elevator to the second floor. Very quiet location, we could barely hear the noise from the street. Nice host, very helpful.

Cons: The mattress of the sofa ved wasn't very comfortable and the table had only four chairs (we were a party of 5).

Perfect base for visiting Rome

Pros: Excellent base for visiting Rome. Central to most places, we were able to walk everywhere. Hosts were very welcoming. The apartment is perfect for a short stay, very clean and comfortable and equipped with all the basics. Supermarkets are very close by too. Definitely would recommend.

A great apartment in central Rome ! Superb location !

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and clean , quite spacious and nicely decorated ! Located in a great central location in Rome , only 5 minutes walk to The Pantheon, Piazza Navona & Campo De Fiori areas ! Our host Lorenzo was very helpful and attentive to replying to any questions or needs about the apartment ! He also arranged an uber driver to pick us up at the airport and for our return journey back . Thank you very much Lorenzo and your team ! We will be back to stay again !

Cons: The building is old so there can be a bit of a sewerage smell in the bathrooms , this was only negative we found about it . Perhaps if this was treated or fixed and some adequate air fresheners were provided.

Pros: We had an amazing Roman Holiday staying in the historic center of Rome, just minutes from Area Sacra di Largo Argentina and the Pantheon. We lived in a small but cozy and warm apartment. It was very clean, without any foreign smells. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The grocery store is located on the same street, 2 minutes away. Almost opposite, a little to the right, there is an excellent restaurant. The hosts are very welcoming and always in touch. We used the airport pick-up and drop-off service. Everything was done very punctually. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and decided for ourselves that we would definitely come back here.
