Pros: Great location. Within waking distance to all the main attractions. Laundromat around the corner. Lots of cafes around. Monica was amazing. She organised a driver and suggested some places to eat.

Cons: Everything was great. No issues

Pros: Very lovely property, clean and new, very neat interior, and location is in a historical district and accessible to anything you desire.

Pros: The studio apartment is in a fantastic location, walking distance from all the major landmarks. The host is very friendly and quick to reply with any queries,offering advice and recommendations locally. The studio is very clean and modern. The welcome fruits and wine were a nice touch. There are restaurants and local stores seconds from the building and the area is beautiful with lots of cobbled streets and cafés/bars rich in history. Would happily return again.

Cons: Due to the narrow street and close proximity of the opposite building the studio is quite dark, however on the plus side it remains cool throughout the day and in our view made for a very authentic feel to where we were staying.

Pros: Excellent location, host was more than helpful. Good set up and everything you needed was there in the apartment.

The probably best located apartment in Rome

Pros: Amazing location, modern apartment, super friendly host.

Cons: Noise from neighbours, noise from street. Very thin walls.

Pros: Extremely clean and comfortable. Great bathroom amenities and plenty of storage. Spacious and relaxing.

Cons: Not really sound proof to the apartments above and beside us, sometimes disturbing sleep but never very loud just the odd creaky floorboard.

Location, Location, Location! Amazing Stay!

Pros: This property is in an amazing location and walkable to all of the major tourist attractions! Monica is an amazing host and always available to answer and questions! She even went out of her way to meet us for breakfast one morning and tell us about the history of the apartment and neighborhood!

Cons: Nothing it was very lovely!

Pros: Brilliant in every way is still an understament. This is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Rome. It's a newly renovated studio apartment Monica was an absolute superstar with keeping us up to date with everything. She was in constant contact before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The studio apartment features a big and very comfortable bed which is something I needed for my 6'5 stature. The air-conditioning had us rugging up at night even though it was still 30 degrees Celsius at night. The kitchenette with a fridge was perfect as well. Very clean and super comfortable. But the best thing about this place is that you are literally 25 min walk max. from any major landmark. Not to mention that cafes and restaurants are 2 min walk from your door. I can't rate the apartment and Monica any higher. And I almost forgot. She also organised a driver for us from the airport and back when we had to leave. Thanks again Monica!

Perfect.

Pros: Immaculately presented, easy to get into, loved the coffee pods. Plenty of space for a studio.

Will be good to add a bit more cosmetics, but this is really “nice to have”.
