Pros: The appartment is fully furnished, very neat and clean, bathroom is spacious, giant balcony with a great natural scenery etc. The owner Jimmy has provided all details and respond quickly on WhatsApp.

Pros: One of the cleanest, best kept and equipped apartments we have ever stayed at. Both suitable for families (like us), but also for couples. The view from the apartment is stunning. The host a real star.

Cons: If you get to the apartment by public transport, approach it with bus line 211. Reliant, frequent, and bus stop nearby. There is another one, 445, that Google suggests, but its timetable is not as reliant.

Nice accomodation

Pros: Apartment was really nice, with huge terrace. Kitchen was well equipped even with some coffee, tea, olive oil,.. The owner was helpful offering us advices and really easy communication. The neighbourhood is really quiet, no loud parties or tourists.

Cons: The location is a bit tricky. Yes, there are buses going there only 12 minutes from metro station. But it happened to us that 2 buses did not arrive and we had to wait 45 minutes. As we had a child with us, this was not the best for us. Also be careful that buses in Rome can arrive few minutes sooner which is also not a standard in some other countries. But it is very easy to pay by credit card in the bus, so it is very convenient if you decide to travel by buses.

It was definitely worth the stay!

Pros: The house was really nice, and there was a café nearby. The view from the terrace was amazing!

Cons: However, access to the city center was a bit difficult, as it’s about a 30-minute walk to the nearest metro station.

Great apartment to stay at.

Pros: The location is great...near the bus station that takes you to Bologna metro. 20 mín walk to a grocery store. I loved the big balcony and the view. Everything was clean, and the apartment was spacious, and everything you needed in an apartment was available. We would stay there again. No problem to get in touch if we needed to know something... really quick to answer. We thank you for a lovely stay.🥰
