Nice apartment but there’s no bottle of water, no sugar, no coffee in the apartment

Pros: This apartment is nice, it’s good area for staying in Rome. I felt myself safely. And it’s not far from city centre. The bus station is just few minutes away. The windows are okay isolated, at weekends is not loud.

Cons: They don’t wash a floor (my white socks were grey after few hours there). I don’t know why, but they didn’t contact me in advance. I need to write them myself on the day of arrival and to fill their application form at train on the way to apartment 🤪 It would be also nice to become a video of key code system before arrival. Because there’s some important details how to use the door of apartment. The key from intermediate door on the first floor is not well made. I need like 10 Minutes to open this door 😬 There’s no coffee, no sugar in the apartment. For this high price of the apartment I expected at least one bottle of water there!

Magnifique appartement

Pros: La beauté de l’immeuble. La décoration soignée de l’appartement, les deux chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain. L’équipement parfait, rien ne manque. L’enregistrement et la sortie sont très facile grâce à la réactivité de Nicola. Le quartier offre toutes les commodités ( restaurant, épicerie, café…) et de plus proche de la gare de Nomentana qui permet de rejoindre le centre historique en 30 minutes. Le stationnement se fait à l’italienne en bas l’immeuble ! 😂

Cons: Peut être la literie un peu molle à mon goût mais c’est un détail.

Un piacevole soggiorno nella splendida Roma

Pros: Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia dell’appartamento che era anche, accogliente, spazioso e molto attrezzato e non da sottovalutare: silenzioso Inoltre lo Staff è stato sempre disponibile nel rispondere alle nostre domande in modo tempestivo.

Cons: Forse bisognerebbe sistema la serratura del 2^ portone, non quello di ingresso ma quello che ti permette di accedere alle scale/ascensore perché anche facendo un po' di gioco con la chiave si fa fatica a farla giare per aprire

Excelente alojamiento en Roma

Pros: La ubicación, la decoración y los espacios del alojamiento son muy buenos. Comunicarse con el anfitrión es bastante fácil.

Cons: Al llegar no teníamos papel higiénico. Esto se solucionó al día siguiente.

Pobyt w Rzymie

Pros: Komfortowe mieszkanie, bardzo czyste, przestronne, wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, świetnie działająca klimatyzacja. Winda w budynku. Wprawdzie mieszkanie nie jest zlokalizowane blisko centrum, ale komunikacja miejska w Rzymie działa świetnie, więc przemieszczanie się do wybranych miejsc nie było żadnym problemem. Najbliższy przystanek autobusowy w odległości 7 minut pieszo, podobnie sklep wielobranżowy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą mieszkania. Szczerze polecamy.

Cons: Nie było takiej rzeczy.
