Beautiful 4 night stay

Pros: The apartment was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The complex is very secure and safe. The restaurant next door was excellent and there is a small convenience store one bus stop away. Regular scheduled bus service directly outside the door. Fabrizio was a very attentive host and checked us in early on request. He gave great advice on how to navigate from the airport and was only ever a text away if we needed anything.

Cons: The oven was not working, which we were informed about on arrival. A toaster would be a good addition to the apartment - just a small thing, but it would have been useful.

I warmly recommend the apartment, it looks very good, very spacious and clean.

Pros: The apartment is even nicer in real life. It is big and very clean. Recommend.

Cons: Even though the apartment is near bus station, the busses are not coming as soon as expected, we were waiting even 30 minutes for the bus.

Perfect place to stay to explore Rome

Pros: Fabrizio was the perfect host. He met us on arrival and showed us around the accommodation. Gave us lots of great valuable information for our visit to Rome. He also helped us to arrange an amazing restaurant on our first night when we arrived and then we went back again on our last night as we loved it so much. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful and meets all your needs. Little touches like coffee and some snacks left for us.

Cons: Nothing it was the perfect stay in the perfect accommodation with a perfect host

Pros: Responsive host who clearly communicated what facilities were and were not available. On-site parking is helpful for loading bags and not worrying about finding parking. Elevator available but a few steps needed to get to it.

Cons: Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked.

Pros: Our accommodation in LA casa di Livia was fantastic. The apartment is big, very modern and immaculate! It has all modern conveniences and it's a great tourist accommodation near the center of Rome. Metro and bus station is very close for quick and easy movement. Fabrizio is a great man, very helpful, friendly, hospitable and a kind hearted person. He generously provided any information to make our trip to Rome unforgettable! He did things for us that no other host would do. Fabrizio, you became a good friend of ours in Rome. We will never forget you. You will always be in our hearts. Pros: Fabrizio takes Italian hospitality to another level. Even suggested a restaurant and would call thr owner for you.The apartment is spotless clean and is very beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Pros: The apartment is new and very modern, has air conditioning in every room and a great kitchen that had everything we needed. Fabrizio was also very nice, super helpful and always available when we needed anything. He even came by with a bag of croissants one morning!

Cons: The mattresses in one of the bedrooms are very very soft, a bit too soft for our taste.

Pros: The location was very close to rome and was also very quiet. The apartment was very well kept and clean. The introduction to the apartment was well recieved, even though there was a language barrier.
